Was recommended donatos pizza by a friend, and it didn’t disappoint , donatos has great cheese, great crust, great meats, and an awesome flavor to every bite.Reminds me of sir pizza. I highly recommend getting donatos, but if here for one night try something local.

5/5/23...My son had been wanting Donatos for a while so I decided to get him a personal pizza to enjoy. He loved the pizza so much that he ate it in the car, on the way home. Lol. My only issue was that I'd placed a timed order, with a reasonable amount of time to have it done on time & we still had to wait to pick it up.

This day of Sunday March 19th 2023. The hot honey pizza and hot honey wings were ordered and delicious is an absolute understatement. 💯 the service, the pizza and the wings along with this store bring the cleanest Donatos I've ever seen. I've been away from the city for 5.5 years. When Red Robin's in Arizona started serving Donato's Pizza, I was elated to have a taste from home. Now I am back home and Donatos is conveniently down the street. 🥰

2nd time in a row I’ve placed an order that required a door dash delivery due to them being understaffed with delivery drivers. 1st time (1/28/22) was in January 2022 the food showed up an hour late & all 3 boxes were cold. This time (2/25/22) I’m literally typing this review 3 HOURS AFTER ORDERING & the order still haven’t arrived from door dash I’ve sat on hold with Donatos and door dash in regards to a refund because not sure where the pizza would be 3 hours later but it’s surely not safe to eat by now. Kara gave me a store credit as a solution when they answered which was nice of her.
**review update** I went back last night to use the store credit that was given for all previous trouble, and everything was cooked well & the customer service was great. My advice to anyone is if they don’t have a driver & Doordash is involved DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!! Thank you Donatos for making the situation right with the store credit. Would have been 5/5, but I was inconvenienced with having to pick the order up in order to use the credit.

I ordered online last night for delivery to work for lunch today. Pizzas were on time, hot, and delicious. Good job Western Hills! The only downside is the driver did a contactless delivery instead of regular, so I didn't get a chance to give cash tip. So, thank you for being careful during pandemic and I will stop by restaurant on my way home to tip you.
