I have been there many times and always have had good service and a great sandwich!

I love their subs, they always come out great and are much better than a majority of other sandwich shops. the only issue I have with this location is that they do not allow you to order your sandwiches ahead of time and then come in to pick them up. They said that they have had people order food and then not show up to pick up their sandwiches; this is the reason why we cannot order ahead of time. While I understand their situation it just makes it a little more difficult when I am trying to pick up food for my family and have to go in and wait as opposed to just grabbing it and going.
i love the sandwitches and cherry-lime aid drink! emplyees have always been nice to me. this last time i ordered take out and someone took my order before i got there. they quickly made me a replacement order.thanks!
This is the best Firehouse subs. They never disappoint in the amount of food that you get. Subs are always loaded with meat, fresh bread and we sometimes even get an extra pickle. The best part, their prices don't break the bank even when you order from grub hub. When we were able to eat in, the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend
I visited for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good and much cheaper than I expected. I would say it's better tasting than Subway at a cheaper price. The drink sizes are also bigger than Subway, they have a freestyle machine and you can choose chips or a large cookie with your combo.
Absolutely amazing food! Great staff! The one thing that drives me absolutely crazy is that people want to complain about everything these days. Here’s how I see it, if you are so worried about masks and that bs, stay home and make your own food. Understand that it’s not a state law to wear masks. It seems like the one person who commented knows the company policy and complained about how it was not being followed. To me, it sounds like a former disgruntled employee.
I eat here weekly, at least once and sometimes twice. I haven’t had any issues with my food or the staff. They are very polite and where I have seen some issues, but they are on it quickly and very apologetic. I will continue to come to this firehouse subs and support the first responders, as I am one.

So its a chain, so its not much different than other firehouses, but I have never had a bad experience here. Its a good crew with a good general manager. The subs taste good! Will eat again
You won't get your food fast. Just know that going in. Might be 10 -15 minutes between walking in the door and food on the table. But it will be good, hot, and fresh everytime. I only ever go during lunch.

This Firehouse is near my apartment so I go there often. I'd say my sandwiches are amazing at least 90% of the time. I have had a few times my sandwich wasn't great but things can't be perfect all the time. I did have an issue with the beef and cheddar twice, once I think I got the bottom of the meat they had left because it was completely shredded into tiny little pieces. It was like someone put it in the blender until it was ground into tiny bits, needless to say it tasted terrible, after that I had an issue with them completely drowning my sandwich in bbq sauce to the point the bread was soaked through. To be honest I completely stopped ordering that sandwich after that and haven't had any issues since. Despite those issues the rest of my experiences have been really good. Everybody has a bad day every now and then. I'm not going to hold them to standards I can't hold myself to.
Firehouse subs are my favorite! Of course I'm biased, because I used to work at one, but they really are the best. We hit this location at the right time, we were the only ones eating in, although they had a few carry-outs while we were there. I had the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and it was delicious! It's my favorite. The bread is usually toasted, but I think they forgot that part today. The meat and cheese are heated together so the cheese melts perfectly. Topped with mayo and bbq sauce, what more could you want? Stop in and try the best subs around!
