Coolest place in Cincy. The atmosphere is awesome! One of the coolest bars I have ever been to. The pot roast sandwich is amazing! Staff was great. Prices are great.
Next chapter is a place that really grabs your attention. The different levels, the outside bars, the inside bars & fireplaces are all things that keep your attention. Not to mention the location, it's probably on Cincinnati's most valuable corner in Mt. Adams. Get there before the crowd so it makes parking easy and you can avoid the traffic.
The open layout and large windows allows for great people watching and a spring break feel.
The food was okay and the service is on point. It is a place I will be spending a lot time this summer.
There is no perfect restaurant so the biggest complaint is the menu. It seems to be designed by a lazy college kid that ran out of ideas. My best guess is they have a kitchen manager, but they need to hire a chef. Overall I am happy with my experience, but the menu does need help. It's a great spot to grab beer and enjoy the night.
Awesome food, great service!. I went there for some dinner a few weeks ago with my friends and really enjoyed it there. I sat on the patio and the food and service were both great. Would recommend the pulled pork sandwich. The beer was good, affordable prices, the patio was awesome, and our bartender was very friendly. She was great to talk to you and she kept our beers full! What more could you ask for?

Next Chapter is a great place to enjoy.... Great Food, Great Service, Great Neighborhood AND reasonably priced. They've added a special touch to some favorites, and with great results. We were a group of 7 out-of-towners who visited Next Chapter on a whim. We were made to feel welcome. The place is a gem. If you are in Cincinnati, Next Chapter is a MUST-SEE. It ranks up there with a Reds game, a visit to the top of the Carew tower, Goetta (a Cincinnati exclusive breakfast meat similar to Philly's Scrapple), Coneys (Hot Dogs topped with chili and a mound of shredded cheese), and Skyline Chili (Cincinnati Chili is a long story). Our visit to Next Chapter was very memorable. Great food, great people and great location (must see view of Cincinnati atop Mt Adams). It will be my first stop next time I visit Cincinnati.
Was out walking my dog in the rain on Saturday and was so happy to come upon this place. Perfect place for us to stop and get some shelter from the weather, they even gave my dog a bowl of water. Outdoor seating area was nice and open and yet covered so we weren't exposed to the elements. I ordered the mother clucker chicken sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and served on Texas toast with coleslaw. Haven't seen that before but it was very enjoyable. Fries were spot on too, very hot and crispy, they know how to do it right here. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the long island I ordered left something to be desired. It was almost all lemonade, too sweet for my taste. I like my cocktails to have a little bit of booze at least but oh well. It's usually hit or miss with drinks like that anyway. I'd still come back here any day!
Great spot in the heart of Mt. Adams. The burgers were fantastic, and drinks reasonably priced. The setup is neat with two indoor bars and a covered patio with live music.
My friends and I ended up here after being turned away from a nearby place due to a dress code. I was and still am so pleased we ended up here! We were served drinks quickly and the bartenders were friendly. The music was on point! We had a wonderful time. I would definitely return here if I am ever in the area!
New customer went for brunch. Football Sunday. Found the food, for a bar, to be quite good. Despite crowd for game on tv, service was excellent. Our group of 4 wanted for nothing. I'd go again as experience was so good I'd like to test it again.
I can only speak towards the brunch currently but we had a great time dining and drinking here. They offer one of the few bottomless mimosas brunches in Cincinnati. The drinks were mixed well and the food was standard american brunch fare. They seemed a bit understaffed the day we were there but our server did a fantastic job considering how busy they were that day.
Went on sunday and sat on the patio area. Had a great burger (the jalapeno and pepper jack one) but wish we had made it in time for the bottomless mimosas - will go back.
The staff was friendly and the live music was fantastic. I would definately reccomend this place for brunch/lunch if you want to have a beer and sit and talk for a bit.
Chapter hosted my wedding after-party and it was an amazing time for all of my guests! My wedding was at the Monastery, so guests could walk right down the hill after the reception to continue the celebration.
Working with the staff to set up the event was easy and affordable. We were able to choose a space, opt into booking a DJ and providing food, and choose the end time for our event (which ended up being extended because our guests weren't ready to go home!). The staff is flexible, friendly, and provided our "party people" with an amazing way to end their evening.
Phenomenal bartenders and very good food! Depending on what crowds you like go during the week for a calm experience and Thursdays for all the college kids. The weekends can vary.
Fun patio bar with attached garage that features a live DJ on weekend nights. Trivia nights on Wednesday’s are fun as well. Good place to watch sports
Had an awesome class reunion here. The bartender was excellent. The food was yummy. The band was great.
