The lobster roll wasn't smothered in mayo and was incredibly fresh. Also had literally the best crab cake I've ever eaten in my life. You can tell that their is a standard they uphold here and they want to serve the best product. we're gonna tell our friends about Keegan's!

We love the fresh, high quality ingredients at Keegan’s Specialty Seafood restraint and market. The gazpacho exhibits hints of fresh basil, cilantro and parsley; the authentic chowder is not overly creamy and packed full of clams and vegetables; the in-house smoked salmon is to-die-for, and the lobster rolls are delicious! Every dish enjoys an elegant simplicity that accents natural flavors, frequently enhanced by subtle sauces and dips. While the portions are moderate, you get what you pay for, namely fresh, high-quality seafood and accompaniments. We highly recommend Keegan’s Specialty Seafood!

Keegan's never disappoints. We count on Keegan's for crayfish every year for our Fat Tuesday party. Not only are the incredibly helpful, but it's also a fun visit. Today, when I went for our annual visit, they had just finished a smoked fish and let me try out a sample. What a way to hook a customer--it was delicious! This year my crayfish had a plus-one in the shopping bag. I can't wait to try Keegan's for lunch as well!

I love this little hole in the wall! The resturants was clean, visually appealing, and offered a variety of fresh products. I came here for lunch. I had the New England Clam Chowder and the Maryland Crab Cake. Both were absolutely amazing. The hospitality of the owner was incredible! He even gave us complimentary cookies after out meal. I live 3 hours away, but when I come back to Cincinnati, I will definetly be back.

What an awesome experience! I called shortly before 4 PM on Sunday to verify their hours because I found conflicting information online-The owner Tom said he was about to walk out the door, I told him no problem I can find another place-- but Tom insisted that I go ahead and come on over. Not only did he wait around for me to arrive but he gave me such an excellent first time experience letting me inspect the fish that I was going to use to make sushi with him telling me the story of how the fish gets there within 24 hours each day. I was so pleased with my experience that I am posting this from my parking spot right out front. Customer service like this deserves to be praised you will not be disappointed by doing business with Keegan's.

I stopped here for the first time today specifically because I was craving a lobster roll. I typically prefer a hot, Connecticut style, lobster roll, but this place makes an amazing cold, Maine style, lobster roll. I could not be happier. I only wish I lived closer so I could come back all of the time. Regardless, I will find an excuse to be back!

Excellent seafood as you'd hope. The Clam chowder is very different then you'd expect but wonderful in its own right.
Also, there is an oil specialist up the street and this little seafood shop sells much better oil then anyone around. Real Greek olive oil.

Best fish monger in all of Cincy. Recently picked up two pounds of AMAZING sashimi grade tuna. Followed Tom Keegans grilling instructions and it was phenomenal! Tom always has fish caught within days of when it is in his cabinet. The tuna was caught the days earlier. Lots of other great gourmet items in the shop a well as ready to eat soups, sandwiches and more. Highly recommend!

Amazing! So fresh! Lobster rolls, bagels with lox and cream cheese and lobster & shrimp mango salad. Service was terrific and very friendly! Laid back and casual atmosphere.

Brooklyn transplant loving this lobstah roll! They use tarragon which is a delicious twist! One suggestion.... give the people of Cincinnati free chips with there $14 sandwich, it may go down easier!

Mis-represented and over charged. We bought a "Lobster Shrimp Mango Salad" from their cooler. While it tastes good, it's really Shrimp, Lobster, Mango Salad.. even the Ingredients label has Lobster first, so it should be the most plentiful ingredient.. but the lobster was few and far between. and there is LOTS of shrimp. Didn't see any mango anywhere, but as it was listed as 'mango chutney' and last on the ingredient list, that didn't bother me as much.<br/><br/>I'm not happy that we paid $15+ for about half a pound of what was in reality a shrimp salad. So, not impressed with their honesty or quality.
