My wife and I go there on a regular basis. The food is always fresh. The chicken chili never disappoints. I'm glad to have this small Mom and Pop store here. Not a chain fan so I'm glad that this is really supporting the small business owner.

Good chili. I really do like their soup as well. I think I would be inclined to give 5 stars but for the ambiance. It doesn't feel like the right vibe for a soup place. When I think of soup I think cozy, homey, and warm. But Silver Ladle is kind if cold and industrial looking I think if they had a look that more closely matched the food they serve it would be a more pleasurable experience. Once again, I want to reiterate that I have no complaints about the actual food itself. It's really good. Especially the chili

There aren't many menus in Ohio where I've found a Muffaletta, and seeing theirs displayed at the top meant I had to try it. I wasn't disappointed! It's not the largest bun, but they put a good amount of olive relish on the top and bottom, and they stack the center pretty full. Very nice sandwich! Excellent selection of good choices for other foods, and the staff was helpful and polite. Really enjoyed this restaurant and look forward to coming back!

So happy I gave this place a try. My salad was fresh and delicious! The fries are also very good, if you like them crunchy. The staff was also super friendly and quick. Will absolutely be back!

I've been there twice. The food's good. The hot bacon dressing is out of this world. The service is good.The only downside, I wouldn't go there again after dark. The lighting is just depressing. It's not dim and cozy, it's just gloomy. And it's noisy.

I love the soups here. They have super affordable specials a few times a week. You also have the option to put your sandwiches on a pretzel bun! And they have a vegetarian Portobello Sammy that will knock your socks off

My boyfriend and I eat here all the time. I have tried most of the menu, and nothing has ever been less than great. The fries are probably my favorite ever, and I can't even pick a favorite burger because they are all great. They have a Cincinnati chilli I prefer over Goldstar or Skyline, and their Silver Ladle salad is probably my favorite thing for a "light" dinner.

This place is great. Amazing food. Wide selection of choices (. Reasonably priced. I love the chili. It's much better than the competitiors. I'd love if the hours were a little later, to get food after 8pm. The design of the restaurant is simple and modern. The staff is nice. There are coupons offered in local ads, for free/Buy one get one menu items. Any time there has been a mess up on the order, which is rare, it is corrected without any problems. I have a reward card which allows to get free items/meals. The also provide delivery (uber eats). The carry out service is quick. I have called and within under 15 mins my order is ready. I highly recommend checking this place out.

The best deli on the east side, easily. Lots of options including over a dozen soups. Try the 3-way chili the black bean soup on top of it. It sounds crazy, but it's delicious.
