My favorite location, the workers know my name and my order, food gets out super fresh and most of the time they’re very quick, my bag is never missing any food, always lively with people eating inside and generally just such a nice atmosphere.

Haven’t been to western hills location since June but Jason Griggs keeps great gifts on my app to keep me coming back I really appreciate it!! More stores needs to be more courteous like Mr. Griggs Location. 10/10 recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love Chick-fil-A. The food is always freshly made and hot. My only complaint, and the reason for my four-star review, and not five, is that I wished they would fry the french fries a minute or two longer to make them crispy. Otherwise, I have eaten at many Chick-fil-A locations in Texas, Tennessee, and Ohio. Service is always fast and friendly. The employees really seem to enjoy their job.
I tried the honey pepper, pimento cheese, chicken sandwich, and it was delicious! …a perfect combination of flavors. Messy but delicious! 😋
I also tried the caramel crumble milkshake. It was pretty good, but I would not get it again.

I usually have a terrible experience at this Chick-fil-A, however, there was a young lady who was very kind and patient. Her name is Abby H. She was very nice while taking my order and patient while I had my two kids screaming in the back. The line was backed up all the way to the street, but she was very professional and demonstrated great work ethic. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the employee that was outside with her. I didn't catch her name, however she was standing and watching Abby H. take the line's orders. I hope this Chick-Fil-A keeps people like Abby H. with them. She is great!

Chick-fil-A has become one of my favorite places to eat. Their original chicken sandwich is the bomb and don't forget their waffle fries or Mac n cheese. They are both so good!

Love the food and service! This one sends out freebies if you're a rewards member and they have a game right now to earn free food, I got a free waffle fry today lol. Lines go quick usually they have 2 lines and people with ipads expediting ordering.

Amazing food attracts big crowds 6 days a week (closed Sundays). Plenty of staff provide excellent service to the dine-in and the drive-thru customers. Clean, friendly and well worth a stop when you're hungry.
