The food here is great and very fresh. Not a huge variety, but they make it how you like it. This was my first time there, so I chose a few things and then told them to be creative, it was awesome. I think it's the Subway of Sushi. Lol

Oh, it was amazing! Beautiful and calming atmosphere, along with really cool and friendly staff. They were kind, we shared a few laughs while they made my order and they were accommodative to our needs/wants. I will definitely be back for my other order with more family/friends!

The Paxton Fusion location is always enjoyable for me and my family. It’s always clean, the food is always fresh and delicious. The employees are kind, and friendly as well. Pretty awesome place, great food and not uncomfortably fancy, but nice. Would make a great place to chill with a friend for lunch. The guy talking my order was super helpful and patient with me. Great selection if different teas too. Would definitely recommend

So I’ve been coming here again for like 3-4 weeks. I just moved back to the area and have been visiting this location 1-2 times a week. Darius is super personable and fun to talk to and cares about the quality of the food he’s preparing. I used to only enjoy coming to eat here for the veggie selection and food but now I find myself excited to see familiar faces and positive energy.
Edit; I came back after awhile and the beets are gone. Sad day. Same with mangoes. :/

Gluten free heaven! One of the only places I can reliably eat sushi that caters to dietary restrictions. Such good options, simple, fast, not too expensive.

Being able to tailor your bowl/roll is nice. Cool space. A friendly tip if I may - when edamame beans turn even slightly brown they should be tossed. The ones I got were just about to cross the line to spoiled.

Great concept. A good intro for those either don't like sushi or are wanting to try it. It's quick and fairly cheap for what you get. I only wish it was a bigger space.
