We were visiting Cincinnati and wanted to try authentic Indian cuisine. This restaurant has highest reviews, so naturally we went there. Let me tell you, the places deserves this many good reviews. Amazing food, great service, very clean space, super respectful staff and absolutely amazing food quantities. Would recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for real Indian food.
Our family has ordered take out from Shaan for a few years, but we dined in for the first time today for lunch. The food is always delicious, but the service was lovely. Our server was attentive and answered any questions we had and offered great suggestions. We will definitely be back.
i enjoyed my time at this restaurant. Had a very wonderful experience and the service was excellent. Checks in to make sure everything is ok with our food and table, but also gave us the right amount of privacy. The food was simply delicious; I ordered chicken makhani, chicken tikka biryani, and paneer pakora, along with some garlic naan and raita. The chicken in the chicken makhani dish was tender and cooked just right; it was not dry on its own so that was perfect. The chicken tikka biryani was very flavorful. Good portion sizes. Overall, I would definitely come here again.

Food was delicious and the service was very quick! I ordered the non-veg Thali and was very full, and I didn’t even finish it because it was plenty! Heads up, if you order the Thali expect a large garlic naan and some dessert at the end!
Delicious food and such friendly staff ❤️ Very kind in accommodating our large family. I had a chicken curry and lamb biryani, other dishes our family got included the veg thaali , paneer makhani, matar paneer, chicken vindaloo, dal makhani and of course garlic naan and mango lassi. Everyone loved their food immensely!! Honestly, I would recommend either of the thaalis unless you can split some dishes with others — you are going to want to try more than one thing because it is all so good together.
Amazing ambience and great quality of food. And the service was just awesome. Mr.Harish made sure we were seated comfortably and our food was hot and served without delay. Had a great experience. Would recommend everyone. Also very good place to visit with kids.

We enjoyed the food and the service. Both the veg and non-veg lunch thalis were a great value. The naan was excellent! Wish we lived closer because we would certainly come back more often.
