Absolutely the Summit hands down has not only the best food and elegant dining experience for the money it’s a super fun night out for two or even better a group of people. Highly recommend giving these folks a try I bet you’ll be back!

My husband's work Holiday Party was here this year. They called a head to notify the chef that I had a food allergy (gluten/Celiac Disease) and they were beyond accommodating. The food was amazing, they took great care in making sure I was able to safely dine, as well as offering a custom made dessert plate (fresh fruit with a Chocolate Rum sauce!) I highly recommend the Summit for any business group parties/events! Food was unbelievable!!!

It was an unforgettable evening. The GM found room for us with a late reservation request. The wait person was over the top and found time to talk about her interesting life-to-date while serving impeccably. The kitchen produced an amazing menu of delicate and delicious fresh food. The chef stopped by each table to talk without seeming too busy to answer questions and discuss details. Wine list was wonderful. Parking was by a service without charge (tipping accepted). The whole experience was very well coordinated and we'll rehearsed.

We had our 50th wedding anniversary here on August 29, 2014. Chef Sean Kagy prepared a culinary delight for our 3 "dine"arounds" Chef Glenda Stanton created a beautiful as well as delicious 3 tier wedding cake. Donna Schmitt, restaurant manager was a true partner through all the planning and oversaw everything the day and evening of the event. The student staff is well trained in all aspects of hospitality and serving. We recommend The Summit restaurant and Bakery Hill to anyone wanting to have a gala here or simply go to have dinner. I give The Summit 10 stars! We loved it.
