I just had a great experience at the Korea House! I tried kimchi for the first time, and now I know I'm a fan! It's perfect to bring some warmth into this chilly weather. I also had the sashimi - the white tuna nearly melts in your mouth - and the crunchy rolls. They were perfect, with just the right amount of satisfying crunch. The gentlemen that served me was polite, pleasant, and attentive, very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend the Korea House if you're in the area! Delicious.

This restaurant is everything a restaurant should be. I made a takeout delivery, and part of my order was forgotten, but within a few minutes, the other half was delivered to my house, the kindest nicest people in all of Food service. I hope they can forgive my impatience. a wonderful dining experience, With exceptional people behind the counter.

Korea house is really a great restaurant for a family dinner out for Korean food and hot bowls. The bibimbap is always exceptional and comes in a hot stone bowl with a fried egg that is just awesome. The scallion pancakes are killer here too. The food is always fresh and exceptional. The only drawback is that the space is loud if there are a lot of large groups.

Incredible service..! So friendly & warm-hearted. The food was a little bit watered down and less spicy compared to typical Korean food but I could tell that it was because most customers aren’t Korean, but the side dishes were spot on! My favorite dishes were probably the yookgaejang or the calamari bibimbap :)

I've been a regular customer of this fine establishment for very many years. I visited last night to celebrate my birthday, and this place is still consistently fantastic! 😁

Great service especially since we had a large group. Friendly employees and great food. I will go back for those udon noodles. Loved that it was served on a hot plate which kept it warm while chatting.

Though I live in northern KY, I make it a point to come here as much as I can. It is my favorite Korean restaurant out of the entire tristate area. The food is phenomenal and the most likely what I had in Korea. It is always worth the drive.

Yakimondu was very good 👍. And I tried the seafood pancakes. I really enjoyed them. I had never had them before. A kind of egg flour milk? mixture that contains onions, hint of garlic, with shrimp, calamari, fish. The pancake part is very light with shrimp and fish tasting very fresh. Sort of resembles omelet or light scrambled eggs. But not heavy. Both were appetizers. I will order again. Staff very nice and helpful. Only thing was leftovers were OK. Not a good choice to reheat. But pancakes still not fishy or heavy. Other dishes I want to try.

Best Korean food in Montgomery. Kids portions are big. Service is attentive, even on a slow Sunday evening. Try the bulgogi, one of their specialties. Green tea ice cream desert is also very nicely done.

The food here was interesting as it is a blend of traditional korean cuisine as well as sushi bar. I thought I would try a little bit of both- ordered the yook gae jang (spicy beef soup) and assorted pieces of nigiri.
1. Yook gae jang (extra spicy) was very good. However the price was a little bit high at $16. Knock off a few bucks and this is an anytime winner. 5 stars on this one based on tasty factor.
2. Assorted pieces of nigiri - the pricing menu has the "full" price struck our and everything is half off. Most of the pieces were around $1.60. However, you only get one piece per order. The fish was okay, but didn't scream fresh. Seems like the discounted price is a fair assessment of the quality/quantity you get. 2.5 stars on this one.
3. Banchan (little side dishes). The kimchee was very good, but the rest of the dishes were meh. They also have a disappointingly little amount of each, and there was no service to ask if I wanted more throughout my meal, even though I was completely done half way through. 2 stars.
4. Purple mixed rice. Always a good thing. A bit overcooked so a tad on the mushy side. 3.5 stars.
Considering I came here specifically because I wanted yook gae jang, I will give this a 4 star overall. Most of the other patrons seemed to order the sushi rolls and not the nigiri like I did. That might be a good idea.

So good!!! Take out was so easy! Looked online for what I wanted and called in my order for lunch! Portions are a nice size and the dumplings were sooooo good

Amazing food and fast service. Lines between the floor tiles are not supposed to be black. Floor has layers of built up dirt and grime.

I’m going to turn every cold day into a hot savory bowl of goodness. I’ll swirl my spoon into the clear beef broth, fill my spoon with soft Mandu Guk (beef dumpling) and chew thru chunky bits of rice cake. And I’m definitely gonna drink in wholesome!
I haven’t been here in awhile and forgot how homey this place is. Definitely some great comfort food. Friendly Korean auntie vibes. And you can add cheese to the Tteokbokki (Spicy Korean rice cake)
Yes, ask for cheese in the duboki 😬

Ordered their japchae and kimbap but I ate the kimbap so fast that I forgot to take a picture. Truly shows how good their food is! I loved the taste of everything. It was flavorful. They do take out which is what I ordered. Will def be coming back again!

We ordered sushi two appetizers and 3 entrees food came fast and tasted great. Hands down one of the best sushi's in Cincinnati. Sushi is also half price major plus. Highly recommend this place.

Best Korean food in Cincinnati- and I've been to just about all of them. I live in Kentucky so Montgomery is definitely a drive for me, but the food is worth it! Yummy!

Korea House is my favorite Korean restaurant in Cincinnati. We always get the shrimp firecracker (shrimp and cream cheese wrapped in a wonton wrapper w crab meat and spicy mayo drizzled on top) and eel roll as appetizers... Then a must is the bibim bap. The vegetables are always so fresh and crisp. The servers are very friendly and attentive. A must try place if you haven't been here.

The Korea House is a Korean Restaurant with excellent sushi. It is owned by Shelly who delivers great food and excellent service in a relaxing atmosphere. I recommend you have a traditional Korean dish, such as Bulgogi with a cup of Ginger tea. Try the traditional Korean pickled vegetables. They are yummy.

I love this place, but was VERY DISAPPOINTED by their customer service. We bought a Groupon here, and didn't realize we had to make a reservation. We showed up without one at 1:30pm for lunch with two small kids. After begging that they make an exception, we were told they would not. Even though the restaurant was EMPTY! They told us we could call and make one and come back in 30 minutes. Seriously?! It just felt like a power struggle. I would have understood had the restaurant been packed. It was not. I would have been SO grateful and a loyal customer if they had made an exception, since they were NOT busy. Our little ones could not wait until 2pm to eat, so we were turned away. We were prepared to make a generous tip. Instead of a generous tip, they now have an ANGRY CUSTOMER. Would I recommend this place? No.
