Amazing experience! The GM, Josh, is great. He was helping out the bartender, who was slammed, and was incredibly helpful. The burger was great. I absolutely recommend this place!!

I just tried and heard of it yesterday while just hanging out downtown. I am so glad I came here..The burgers are delicious and the Cry Fry..oh my goodness. We ordered many things (party of 7) and everything came as ordered. The shakes are unbelievable.
The staff was awesome! Every question we had they answered..let us try samples. They have a beer on tap, Platform that is delicious and seriously if you like dark beer..this is it. One last thing.. the bathroom sink is awesome! Every thing is right there in the sink..soap, water and dryer.
I will definitely return.
My veggie burger was delish! I wish I had MORE time to write the review. When I’m on vacay, I try to get it but, it’s time comsuming. The place was NOT VERY cleaned, but you can see them
making your food. There’s NO reason NOT to clean often & wipe down, but I guess cause it’s on a main strip in front the stadium, that’s y.
Anwar (manager) was extremely pleasant, patient, and helpful during our order process. He thoroughly explained ingredients and defined burger descriptions. I would easily go back to this location, based on today's experience!
Fries were perfectly hot and crispy!
For sports fans: No 2 TVs had the same game on. (I hate it when multiple/every TV is the same game)
Shout to Cincinnati Ohio for having one of the best burger joints in Ohio!! The staff was really friendly and patient with me about my order since I have never been their before. The food was so good and the fries with cheese really blow my mind.
stopped by yesterday due to the convenient location of this restaurant on the banks and they had great food and although they were very busy they managed to serve our food warm and in timely fashion! Very nice workers and the two young ladies up front were very friendly and helpful. Would go here again.
Looks like you might be temporarily closed currently but I for to share our experience about 4-5 months ago while visiting Cincinnati by the Reds Stadium. We were walking by all the small restaurants there and ultimately decided on BurgerFi and I gotta say that I'm glad we did! Best chili cheese fries I've ever had and the Hot dog 🌭 and Burger 🍔 were ridiculously good. Friendly staff too made the whole experience great. Hopefully you guys reopen soon.
Our group of 5 walked in on a Saturday night and were able to order, be seated and be served quickly. The CEO Burger was rich and delicious, and the fries were fresh and crispy! Sides are a la carte, so make sure to check those out when looking at the menu. Convenient public parking is across the street, and there is a nice variety of other places (with limited seating due to covid) up and down the street.
We love the burgers & chili cheese fries. We visited during Cincinnati Burger week, & they had a great deal. $5 for a Bacon Double Cheeseburger. We all got one. They were so good. The servers were extremely helpful & very nice. We'll definitely be going back.
This place was amazing for me!! The manager is awesome, and all of the staff I encountered had pleasant, helpful attitudes.
My food was delicious! Hands down, one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had- not one of those defrosted, Morning Star black bean burgers- an actual, custom made veggie patty. Their fries are also great! I got the large to share with my mom, and it was still too much for both of us to eat. I will say they could do better with the parm/herb aioli- I got it on the side, and they just put Parmesan cheese and herbs on top of my fries and gave me a side of mayo. It'd be nice if it were like an actual aioli- actually blended together. No other complaints!

The normal cheeseburger and the all-day breakfast Burger were amazing. The large order of fries is enough for two people and they were well-cooked. We will return your every chance we get and the prices are well worth the quality of food that you get. Great atmosphere and close to everything on the banks.
Not a huge burger person however, I'm glad we chose this place. Customer service was on point and the food was pretty quick and the quality pretty high for a burger joint. My Husband tried the CEO burger which they claim to be Waygu, I'm not sure about that but it was delicious and next time its what I will be ordering. Pretty impressed with all these new high end burger places.
