My husband and I went for a romantic dinner and it exceeded our expectations. Everything from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food was incredible! We started with Shrimp cocktail, I got the bone-in ribeye and side of gouda bacon potatoes. It was one of the best meals I have ever had in my entire life! I enjoyed my experience here more than the local restaurants nearby.

Blown away!! From the moment we stepped foot into the building we were treated with the upmost care and professionalism. This was our first time dining at Morton’s and wow. It was for our 21st anniversary which we made note of this while booking the reservation. Nowadays when customer care is non existent everyone that greeted us acknowledged our anniversary!! Now to the service and food: Cajun steak was out this world tender and flavorful, took me to another world dancing with pink elephants Chicken Christopher was delicious bursting with flavor, juicy, and crispy. Brussels sprouts with bacon!! Sour cream mashed potatoes amazing Alcohol drinks: Watermelon smash & Blackberry Mojito excellent Atmosphere: Good lighting, furniture, and clean carpet, and enough space between tables to still allow some private conversation Our host Julie (I hope she doesn’t mind giving her name) made our experience so enjoyable. Very attentive, made excellent suggestions to add to the meal, and had a personality that was professional but not to serious. I don’t even know what they are paying her but they need to give her a raise!! Overall I can’t say enough about how great or experience was. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a great experience. We will be returning

Christmas Eve dinner was excellent. It was very busy but our server was so attentive and kind. She took the time to explain what portions each side would offer. We had reservations but still had to wait and once we were seated the wait was worth it. Thank you to our server Ana? and management who stopped by to check in on our experience. We will be back with friends next time!

Beautiful venue overlooking Fountain Square. Primarily prime steaks, cooked almost to perfection. Would have liked our strip steaks to be a bit hotter and slightly more charred on the outside, but they were still great. Sides (Caesar salad, spinach and mushrooms, and Lyonnaise potatoes) were, as expected, huge and easily split among the three of us. Excellent service (thank you Anna). Unrushed,. attentive, knowledgeable. Even the restrooms are nice! Really missed the chocolate fondue dessert that used to be on the menu, but the chocolate/hazelnut mousse was delicious. Quite expensive especially if you order wine. Valet parking

Went with work for a Christmas party. The food was good. Actually, I liked the appetizers more than the main dish. My husband's steak was very tough for a New York Strip. We had a large group, so it was hard for staff to keep up with all the orders. Spent 4 hours in the restaurant before the check came.

Hubby and I went here for our fifth anniversary this evening. Everything was excellent!! The steaks were so tender we could cut them with our forks. They gave us a free dessert and took a photo and placed it in a frame for us. Love how they make special moments into sweet memories. My husband got the wagyu steak, and was NOT disappointed! He didn't stop smiling for a couple of hours. Lol. 🤩

My boyfriend and I went to Morton's for our 3 year anniversary. This was also our letter "M" restaurant for the A to Z Challenge as well. It was soooo good! The shrimp and steaks were cooked perfectly. Even the bread was impressive. We both agreed that it's the best free bread we have ever had lol We also ordered their Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake for dessert (order this ahead) 😋 Delicious!

Spectacular! My wife and I do a Christmas dinner every year and we chose Morton Steakhouse. First of all I can’t express how amazing our server Todd was. Professional, clean, so much knowledge, funny, and by far the best server we’ve ever had. Everybody was professional and courteous. We never felt rushed, and the food was fabulous. My wife had the salmon and I had the Wagyu fillet oscar style. The steak was cooked perfect. And I absolutely enjoyed the seasoning hands-down this is one of my favorite Christmas dinners we’ve ever had. I highly recommend you ask for Todd. I also can’t express how gratifying it was that Shannon the manager came out to meet us when we received our food. She was amazing. When it comes to the atmosphere, five stars Talk! The view of the fountain Square from our table and the music selection was astounding. Highly recommend for any occasions.

We got the fillet and they were great. The meatballs were also great. Overall food is great. It is a small restaurant so it gets crowded. Our table was super tiny, did not know it was that tiny. Our waitress Peach was friendly and kind.

I dined here two nights in a row. It is the consistent Mortons we have come to expect, and that's a good thing. I have been to many of them, and the quality of steaks is always what you expect. Events ought they seemed short-handed like everyone else; they managed to keep the service level up, thanks to a friendly and efficient bartender and a very hands-on manager. Good job!

The Wedge salad- best in the restaurant business, hands down. The sea bass was also, simply fantastic. Even the bread was incredible. I'm so glad I had the chance to have dinner here while in town for work. The staff was very hospitable.

We had an incredible dinner we picked the restaurant week menu and upgraded our filets Oscar style they were cooked to perfection! The sour cream mashed potatoes were a great side dish add the butter sour cream and bacon it’s worth the calories. We ordered a bottle of the Butter Block Chardonnay great wine. The service was impeccable such an attentive staff starting front of house and to our great server. Thanks for the dessert my friend really enjoyed the New York style cheesecake!

Everything about our dining experience was nothing short of amazing. Was a bucket list place for me. As a firefighter of almost 19 years for the city who works literally 2 blocks away. I always wanted to dine there, always said someday. Being a foodie and self proclaimed home chef, We love dining out. We don’t get to indulge that much in fine dining.Well the wife surprised me at Christmas with a gift card and we went last night. From the beginning when I made our reservations I knew this was going to be an incredible dining experience. The staff from the front of the house to the back, everyone we came in contact with was professional and approachable,very knowledgeable and respectful. The food was remarkable, The wife and I both had the Baked Prime Ocean Platter for our appetizers, each piece of seafood was paired deliciously with a sauce or chutney that was spot on. Next came chopped salad for wife and I had the lobster bisque which was delicious with a deep and creamy flavor of lobster with a huge piece of claw meat floating in all that deliciousness. After that the main event. I had a bone in filet, med rare, topped with foie gras- cognac butter. WOW is all I can muster up for there are no words for the perfection this steak commands. The perfect cook on the steak, the flavor and the fact that I cut the steak with my fork was amazing. The wife had the bone in ribeye, med rare plus, her steak was perfect. She’s a steak snob, her words not mine. If it’s not the way she wants it she’ll let you know. Not the case perfection from the start. Our sides of Brussel Sprouts with bacon and onion as well as the cauliflower mash were delicious accompaniment to our steaks. In closing would like to personally thank everyone involved in making our evening unforgettable. And a very special thank you to Mr. Crouse for making our dining experience top notch.

boyfriend decided to surprise me with a dinner at morton’s. waiter was very polite asked us on numeral occasion about out food and if we needed anything. even the owner came to our table asking about our service. nothing but excellent when to top it off we had a view over looking fountain square. food was amazing. best filet i’ve ever had and cooked perfectly!! some amazing mac and cheese as well. definitely worth it

I really like this place. Not only is the food great but the staff is so friendly and accommodating without all the pretentiousness you sometimes get at this price point. Love it and would recommend to anyone.

On a gorgous evening (Wednesday, 5/10/2017), seven of us went to Cincinnati Mortons. Mortons served me bacon in my Brussels sprouts after I requested them to be made without bacon. It was dark and I had started eating. This was the first time in my entire life eating a pork product because someone overlooked. Mr. Manager, I understand people are tired and things get overlooked but an insincere apology just doesn't cut it. And not charging me for the $13 brussel sprouts is not a big favor and does not need to be brought up 5 times. I expect more class and customer service for your serious mistake. How would you like to be served something that makes you vomit, for instance sauteed earthworms? And then have to wait 22 minutes for your check when you clearly tell the waiter that you're in a rush and need to leave immediately? My dry aged steak did not taste like one and not worth the $114 spent on that 1 entree & side dish. You and your restaurant will not succeed with such lack of empathy, poor food, and poor customer service. #CincinnatiMortonsNeverAgain.

We had early Valentines dinner there on Feb 13th. All I heard was how amazing the steaks were. In my opinion the steak was not worth the price that we paid. It was burned and crisp on top. We also had the sour cream mashed potatoes and cream corn as our sides. The potatoes were nothing special, I could make those at home. The creamed corn however was the best part of the meal. I guess the fancy restaurant isn’t just our thing. I honestly like the steaks st Longhorn better.

This isn't the same Morton's. The service was very slow (the server was Jen M), the food was lackluster. From ordering time to food delivery was an hour with only 4 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Two of the individuals in my party had the filet and both were overlooked. My shrimp cocktail looked like 31/35 shrimp and the presentation and freshness was questionable. Polly Campbell from the Enquirer would have a field day here. Very disappointed...$155 spent plus tip and 2 hours later...

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary yesterday evening. Wow! The Double Porterhouse for Two, was outstanding, and so was the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Our server, Tim, provided great service. Special thanks to the GM, for the wonderful Key Lime Pie.

Food was great but the service was slow. One waiter for the entire restaurant. We arrived 8:15 and did not get a check until after 10:00. The restaurant was not even crowed as maybe 30 people total between the lounge and table seating.

My wife, DeeDee, and I went to Morton's to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary. We had a table overlooking Fountain Square. Our server, Janerio, was excellent. The entire wait staff was very attentive and friendly. The manager stopped by to check on us and wish us a happy anniversary. The food was excellent, the seasoning was just right. Drinks were excellent. Upon leaving, we were given a picture of us in a nice holder to commemorate our night. Overall, an excellent evening. We'll be back.
