Finding where to park is a nightmare. The atmosphere was okay. The Staff was nice and the food was decent. It's worth to at least experience once. Our waiter Mario was very attentive and once he knew we where celebrating our anniversary he was wonderful!

I had a great experience when I dined in on a Saturday night. David was my server and was very knowledgeable about the menu and the history of the restaurant. Our steaks (filet and bone-in NY strip) were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the sweet potato casserole and loaded baked potato. The manager, Ashley, came by our table and asked us how our night was going. She was very kind and acknowledged our confetti the hostess had put on our table. I cannot wait to go back and celebrate my anniversary with them. Highly recommend!

I reserved us a table to celebrate our anniversary. The host staff (Klien) met us promptly and sat us in a wonderful little corner table that he decorated himself.Lance greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary as well. The food was wonderful, ceaser salad, we split a Tomahawk steak with garlic potatoes and creamed spinach. The GM stopped by and made sure that we were being taken care as well. We will be back.

I absolutely love it here. I sat at the bar and enjoyed crab cakes, lamb chops, asparagus and sweet potato souffle! The bartenders made the best lemon drops I EVER HAD!!! I'll definitely be back!

One of the best steaks we have had! Everything about our experience here was wonderful. We were seated promptly at our reservation time and quickly approached by our server who was very friendly. We both went with the Ruth's classic which is a 3 course meal starting at $57. It is a phenomenal deal! I started with a Cesar salad, then a 6oz filet with shrimp and mashed potatoes, ending with bread pudding for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious! My steak was cooked perfectly and I could cut it with just a fork. Only downfall is parking- it is in the downtown area so you must pay to park and will likely have to walk a bit.

The absolute best experience my family had was at the Cincinnati location this past Friday evening. We were celebrating my sons 23rd birthday. The hostess made it extra special by decorating our table with confetti. I highly recommend Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse for any celebration!! Thank you for the unforgettable memories.

great food with small complaints. great friendly service that you would expect from fine dining. we got the crab stuffed mushrooms. came out hot and were very good 8.5/10. the lobster bisque was warm, but we prefer our soup to be hotter. Also, some seasoning they used left a after taste 6/10.
For our steaks, we got the Filet and NY Strip. both cooked prefectly and served on a hot plate to keep it hot throughout the meal 8.5/10
For our sides, we got Lobster mac&cheese. 8/10 could have been served a little hotter, brussel sprouts 8/10 solid 8/10 alittle Aldente
The sweet potatos tested good but had a dry texture to them. Overall, it was a great experience.

I arrived at 4:00 PM thinking someone in my party had made reservations, but that was not the case. I explained we would have a party of seven. Klein was at the front and said he could seat us immediately. He explained Ashley was our server and we were soon enjoying apps and drinks. The service was stupendous, the prices for happy hour were unbelievably low, and the food was out of this world. Everyone in my party of seven had the steak sandwich except for my youngest daughter, who had the cheeseburger. What a pleasure receiving a fine dining experience from a fine dining restaurant for a relatively inexpensive price. My bill with the tip included, came to $90.00 for three nice meals, drinks, appetizer, and excellent service. Way to go Klein, Ashley, and team at Ruth's Chris's in Cincinnati's DORA district by GABP.

Great service steak was cooked well done asked for medium well they recooked it barbeque shrimp app was good only got 5shrimp waiter said came with 8shrimp.took my wine and asparagus off due to steak being over cooked however steak wasn't worth the $67 price overpriced but great service from the waiter he knew it was my birthday sprinkled happy birthday confetti on the table .Also gave me a free desert I took it to go cause it was getting late.cheese cake with fruit topping was very good.My guests enjoyed there dinner as well just said it was a bit pricey.

Family night out and everybody was extremely happy with this location. Service was slow but restaurant was really busy. Food was amazing. Lots of parking in the area just hard to find the entrance.

I had my 17th birthday here today!
The two young men in the front looked absolutely fabulous- I mean we’re talking drop dead gorgeous. I ordered the $57 meal deal and it came with the Caesar salad, 11 oz filet with a lobster tail and the desert. I will post more pictures as soon as I get my entree and desert- for now, these are the appetizers.

I cant complain about a thing! Perfectumundo!!! Food was amazing loved the house dressings! My drink was perfect! Our waiter was awesome very knowledgeable of menu items and fun! And lastly, we were walk in late in the eve but still got great seating! Cant wait to return!

Our 1st visit was perfect!!! We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary!! Our table was decorated for us, and a Happy Anniversary card was waiting for us. Our server was top notch and the food was perfect!!! From our crab cake appetizer to our steaks! We couldn’t have asked for a better meal! Every person on staff who walked by our table wished us a Happy Anniversary! I will definitely recommend for any/every special occasion!! The icing on the cake was the champagne and dessert they brought us to end our meal! We WILL be back!!

The food and experience was wonderful. Our server Terrell did an excellent job of explaining the menu and was so wonderful and provided superior service. I had the traditional Thanksgiving-mmm good and Greg had all his favorites-huge shrimp cocktail, salad, New York Strip. We also had dessert which was over the top.

We've eaten at several Ruth's Chris in different cities; this one doesn't offer much of a view, but neither do the other steakhouses in the area. We found the food comparable, although the steaks weren't sizzling when they were served. They still tasted GREAT!
It's not a cheap place to eat, but everything we had was perfectly prepared and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire meal.

We made dinner reservations for our anniversary and were shown to a table that was decorated with confetti and were given an anniversary card. The steaks were fabulous, the sides (mashed potatoes and sweet potato casserole) were amazing and the desserts were over the top! Our table was right next to the window with a great view of the street below. Our server Denise was super attentive and willing to customize menu items as we requested. We would not hesitate to go back. Memorable evening!

The food was good, until I was served moldy fruit. Brought it to the waitress attention and was basically blown off. I understand it could have been an oversight in the kitchen, but this could have caused major sickness and I do not think it was handled appropriately. Will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone.

We did not have reservations and walked right in and were seated. The food and service was top notch. We will definitely go back for a filet and the lobster mac and cheese. PS - the butter on the steak plate was amazing.

Had a wonderful time and meal on a very crowded and busy Christmas. I especially want to call management's attention to Charles who was working in the bar area. There was an older gentleman eating alone who engaged Charles in conversation. Charles took his time, giving his undivided attention to the gentleman and checked back with him several times while we were there. It was a small gesture, but one I'm sure was appreciated especially by a single diner in a room full to bursting with families and parties.

We booked a reservation for dinner for our anniversary. Showed up and was seated promptly, walked upstairs to a decorated table with a card. Staff was very nice and wonderful, food was close to perfect. I have seen other speak of the beggars on the street, Ruth's Chris can't do anything about people legally sitting on a public sidewalk they don't own. I agree it makes you a little uncomfortable. That's why they are there, hoping after dinner you will decide to throw a little cash their way.
I don't fault the restaurant for this at all. We had an amazing experience and the staff was great. Our steak was exactly how we ordered and wanted it, and the flavor was amazing. Thank you to the wonderful people at this location that helped make our evening a great one!

Andrew the waiter was great. Kitchen service was slow. We had the steak sandwich and crab appetizer. I was disappointed with the crab appetizer from the description and the steak sandwich was average. It came out about an hour after we ordered. They were very accommodating for our group and we had a great time.

I was actually very upset about our experience. I can't blame the waitress, but more the environment. We were sat and offered drinks promptly, however, the table next to us were VERY loud. To the point that our waitress had to ask them to lower their volume because we couldn't understand what she was saying. My husband and I couldn't even hear each other from across the table. We did not stay because the party next to us was so obnoxious. This was our first time there and I'm not sure if we will be back if this is the type of crowd this establishment attracts.

Had the steak asked for medium and it was a little overdone. The customer service is excellent before I said anything the server recognized the issue.... addressed it and threw in a dessert upgrade. Food is always delicious �

The web site for this place was way off, first of all it says 12 valet parking, get there and it was 20. Then the dress code said business casual and to please remove your hat. Well my husband is a Harley man jeans and T’s. So he put on dress pants and his Harley dress shirt only to get there and almost everyone had on shorts, one girl had short blue jean shorts on. And a lot had on hats. We had planned on a nice romantic dinner in a fine restaurant. Well for the price they charge it should be dress code. On the other side best steak I have ever eaten � If you go then dress comfortable because they don’t seem to care.
