Life changing Obtaining this trash for $20 really made me rethink my decisions about the world and my life. This restaurant legit feels like it's ok to cook trash, bag it and sell it. I think at this point i should rethink eating out. I would say don't eat it. But someone will make the mistake of assuming it was a bad night and be just as angry and disappointed with a stomach ache. I think i was better off donating this money to a child fund or the hurricane relief.

Now I know that every chicken place been hollering that it is a wing shortage but this here is insane. $18 for 10 pinky size wings is freaking ridiculous. I have never in my life seen chicken so small. A party wing is bigger then this. Y'all need to cut it out with these small wings charging a arm and a leg for them. Back to Harold's I go. Don’t spend yo money here because they ripping people off.

Nowhere on the menu does it state that all grilled foods come with blackened hot pepper flakes all over them. We ordered the grilled catfish and medium shrimp. So spicy I had to rinse off the shrimp with water and they were as tough as shoe leather. Both orders of hush puppies were burned. Never again ordering from them.

Placed an order for Fish Fillets. For whatever reason, the girl had an attitude because I asked for the sauce to be on the side. I go to pick up the food and the lady at the window had an attitude as well. I look past it because I don't want to argue. When I get back to work, both orders are wrong. They gave me Fish Steaks. I call in and the Manager wants me to drive all the way back just to return the food. Because I ordered for more than one person, I wasn't left with a choice. No compensation, no apology, nothing. I'll never come back.

WORST SHARKS EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! I called in my order and the inside looks so dark I thought the lobby was closed, so I went through the drive thru. WORST DECISION! Drive thru took forever, apparently the car behind had the same sentiment and drove off which allowed me to reverse and go check the lobby. The lobby is open and the place is filled with adolescent minded personnel with an extremely poor work ethic. After someone's child lost my food, I was estastic to receive my order and run out the door. Only to get home and have the driest chicken wings ever. I don't remember ordering my fried hard. The fries and the perch were sooo overdone they were inedible. They should just close this place entirely. Due to the pandemic I'm not wasting my money on some food I cannot eat. This is beyond ridiculous I feel as though this place is robbing their customers. We understand this isn't McDonald's I should not receive my food in 5 minutes. Only to receive food so fried it is almost burnt. Please Community stop settling for this and take your hard earned money elsewhere, where the establishment recognizes your efforts and will refuse to sent out subpar food. Seriously where is the quality control personnel in the mist of the pandemic? No supervision, guidance, or repercussions at all. Just the consumer losing their money while the restaurant absorbs it unfairly
