freaking love it! There is more to this place than just a bakery. You get that home feeling. I love it. The cookies are phenomenal and I’m sure their cakes were just as good. They have the chocolate cake slices that are scrumptious.

I purchased the tamales from their farmers market stand, the tamales are all dough and no meat. There is very little sauce inside and they don’t give you any on the side. I’ve had great tamales all over the city and I walked away disappointed.

Love this bakery! My favorites are the tamales (chicken, pork & rajas y queso), tres leches cake slice (glad they started selling slices instead of only the whole cake) & their muffins. The tamales are really big, tasty & always fresh. The tres leches cake is fluffy & moist with yummy whipped cream & the perfect level of sweetness. They also have a lot of cookies, breads, eclairs, cannolis & other baked goods. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly and fast. I also buy their products at the La Grange Farmers Market and the Brookfield Farmers Market.

Worst bakery ever ! Ruined my daughters cake , didn’t make sure the rings were stable enough or that the cake was ! Don’t waste your money on their unprofessionalism , worst experience ever !!!!

I wanted a few different types of bread but they ran out... tamales are $2.29 each which is kind of high but they are delicious. It's shredded meat NOT the cubed meat that some tamale places sell. Overall great place accepts debit cards.

Wow, I love this bakery. The bread is delicious and so soft. I really haven't had Conchas as soft as the ones they sell. I'm sad they are closing the LaGrange location but it's opening a new location on Austin and Cermak. I will definitely be stopping by if I'm around the area.
