Our family was on the way to lights on the lake. We decided to grab some coffee and donuts while enjoying some Christmas lights. It was 20 minutes before closing and they put a fresh pot of decaf on for us. Read off all the remaining donuts/munchkins they had left for the day. Very personable and friendly. They thanked us for our business and told us to have fun at lights on the lake. This is our go to Dunkin in the Cicero area.

Even though I love Dunkin the breakfast tacos aren't worth getting but the pic advertised makes you want it .And I've seen people get upset over it in more than one Dunkin donuts

The cashier was amazing! We were confused on a drink and she took the time to explain and then even offered us a discount for being confused. She also offered to make my drink again if it wasn't ro my liking. Was a great experience because of the staff, coffee wasn't my favorite, but the experience was nice.

I usually got to this location on the way to work with my wife and I got to say, the morning staff never misses a beat! The oder is always right and pretty consistent. Staff has been friendly enough...not necessarily smiles and rainbows, but definitely not rude by any means.

I would like to give a shout-out to Derek at this location. He’s always on top of his game and making sure the customers are satisfied. Including today when I wanted to try mocha in one of my drinks, a drink that mocha typically is not offered in. It was absolutely delicious. So thank you Dunkin and thank you Derek!

Well they got the orders correct on the first go round,so that's really saying something! Dunkin Donuts is still in my opinion very over priced. $13 for 2 medium iced coffees and bagel bite. A lot of the time we end up driving thru and then need to pull around and park because they have butchered the drink orders. However this trip wasn't so bad. South Bay Rd Dunks for the win today!

Most of the morning guys are amazing, I don’t think Naomi should be on the drive thru in the morning rush the wait when she does is absolutely ridiculous, the Chinese girl is absolutely rude never friendly and constant attitude. Tony is absolutely amazing and always friendly..
