Large servings, affordable, ready-made entrees made for quick service along a bar-like serving area. The only things we didn't like were that the restaurant was loud (not from customers; this was kitchen noise) and we had to raise our voice so the worker could take our order, and they forgot our fortune cookies and we had to ask for them before leaving. Another thing to note: there were no COVID19 checkout dividers.

This Panda Express is clean, with a friendly atmosphere and good service. The food is good too! The family and I like to stop in at this Panda Express from time to time for dinner. The prices are decent and the service is usually quick. We definitely recommend this location to everyone in the surrounding community.

For a chain restaurant this place is a food spot to come and always expect your favorite. The service is great. The employees always make the food fresh and give friendly service. The place has a decent crowd that comes in to eat. It's busy sometimes and sometimes a few families come to eat. It is located in a great place to walk around as well. Plus it is very clean and it is always great to get refills of your favorite drink in this hot weather.

I'm normally give Panda Express more than 1 star. The reason for the low review is for the very low quality service we received. the employees and I am assuming the manager (Alfonso), due to the fact that he was the only one wearing a different attire, seemed absolutely clueless about their food that they sell. We ask them if they had an allergen menu/list and were told that they don't have a calorie menu. We said no we have a dairy allergy in which he responded that they don't have a gluten-free menu. We had to look online to get the information we needed. I later asked for some hot water to warm up a baby bottle in which he told me that they don't have hot water here. I had to explain to him that it's not for drinking it's just to warm a baby bottle which he replied well we only have water from the tap.

Ordered 2 family meals today 12-9-21 at around 445pm from the Eastlake store on Eastlake Parkway, Orange chicken was over cooked and very dry chow mein noodles were burnt. Fried rice was edible but a little under seasoned. Our egg rolls were very sloppy. Been eating at Panda Express for years and I was truly surprised with the quality of food we received today. The packaging was very sloppy the majority of our boxes popped opened on our way home. Paid over $60 for a very disappointing dinner. Switched from Mandarin to Panda due to Mandarin raised their pricing but I’ll pay $20 more for better quality moving forward.

The food was awful. I love Panda but this location managed to ruin the orange chicken, chow mein, and fried rice.

Wife was using the restroom, male employee walks in to clean stalls in female side. Does not check to see if anyone was using it. He should have notified that he was trying to enter prior to cleaning. There was no sign on the door, I watched him walk right in, training should be conducted.
