I have always been a huge fan of O Charlies. Me end my wife we’re having a stressful car shopping experience and decided to take a break and eat here. It was the BEST FOOD I have ever had!! Everything was perfect. The part that stood out to me the most was the employees though. My server and hosts played with our son talked about Spider-Man with him even did some web slinging! Lucas and Jada were our hosts and they were amazing Lucas checked on me and my family twice during my meal and he wasn’t even a server. Ray was our server and she was professional, sweet, and all around very tentative to our needs. We were shocked when she said it was her first week best service I’ve had in a long time from anywhere. Last but definitely not least is Laverne she is the Manager I believe and she was killing it clearing tables, running food, checking on every customers food and experience. It wasn’t one of those scripted talks either it’s honest and you could tell she genuinely cared about your experience not just because it’s her job! Overall 10/5 stars and definitely will be back for that superstar staff. (shout out to the cooks too)

There was a bit of a wait but we were able to stay in our vehicle verses in the crowded lobby (until someone called). The environment was clean and neat. The food was good. They offer you plenty of warm bread upon being seated. This is a great place for those meat-lovers, as the steaks were thick and juicy. They offer some pasta, as well as a sea food dish. I went with the loaded potato soup and it was very filling and cheesy! The staff was pleasant. The only complaint I have is about the dessert. I ordered an apple cobbler type of dish. You can ask for ice cream to be added but I didn't. The dough was mushy (looking and tasting uncooked) and some of the dish was cold. Server replaced it with a delicious slice of cheese cake and informed me that the desserts are premade and staff just "warms them up". Don't forget to tip and enjoy!

I had a wonderful dinner steak was perfectly cooked to my liking. The staff and management were very friendly and attentive. Was impressed that the manager came by our table to personally check on Laverne has a great personality. Jenni our waitress and bartender was fantastic and her margarita is the bomb!! Thank you ladies for a great evening!!!
