Friendly staff wins hands down over surly Coffee Culture staff across the road. Try their vanilla sluce and iced coffee at SC Cafe- yummy!

This is a great café in Summer. It boasts fantastic outdoor seats and clean and bright indoors. You can feel the relaxing atmosphere as soon as you enter the cafe. This is the place where you can easily spent quietly by yourself or with your friends, or pets. The wooden table and chairs are comfortable and warm. There're even pillows which is rare to see in cafes. Service is warm and friendly. We ordered two flat white and a cinnamon brioche. Coffee (underground beans were used) was slightly too hot to our taste. However, we loved the cinnamon brioche, it's huge, not too sweet, and its surface is crunchy. All in all, recommended to people who prefer a quieter and more comfortable cafe compared to the busy bar/cafes at the Sumner beach.

This is a good place to eat. Their milkshakes are delicious and they also make good coffee. They have a wide selection of food that you can eat. I really like this place.

Lovely wee café. Staff were friendly. Food was delicious. Cute decor. Slightly expensive for the food, but due to lack of options in the area and the time frame we had, we were happy to pay.
