Ordered second time. Alittle disappointed when I received it this time as there are no cherry toppings (pic 1) and lesser jam fillings (pic 2). My son enjoyed the cherries the last time we ordered (pic 3).
Would’ve given 5 stars based on the first time we ordered - Cake had generous fillings and was moist. Just the right amount of cream to balance everything.
Minus 1 star for the missing cherry toppings this time. Cake also has more cream instead of jam fillings :(

This is a fantastic bakery and delish fresh ham rolls with home baked bread, so much better than couplands or other mass produced bakeries. Great ginger

Best pastry everrrr! I love the vege pie & vegan choc chip cookies but i'm actually gluten & lactose intolerant so I have to keep my intake at a bare minimum :( my boyfriend and his uncle love the pies there too ♡

I am not what one would call a sweet tooth. But I just had a taste of Claire's donuts and they are indeed incredible. They taste so fresh too. 10/10 recommend.

Claire is a friendly baker, listened kindly to me today. I love Claire's pies, would not buy a pie anywhere else if I am in the vicinity of Claire's bakery . Very satisfying, tasty, lots of yummy filling, very nice pastry, what more to ask for. Love the strudel with a coffee after I've finished my pie. Thx Claire, community asset.

I visited this bakery for the first time this week and it was amazing! Walking in there I wanted to buy the whole shop, everything looked so tasty. Claire was super welcoming, such a lovely person. And even more incredible that she makes these all by herself. The donuts I bought were the best I have ever had, my new local bakery now! Thank you so much :)

This was my fave bakery in Christchurch back in the Get Baked days, but Claire definitely brings the same kindness and consistency during the change of owners. Some of the best pies in Christchurch, their donuts are truly magnificent! I can't recommend them enough! ✨
