A hidden gem in McCormacks Bay. These guys make a great curry! They have fought hard to keep going through Covid restrictions and staff shortages. We like to support local, and will definitely keep going back for their delicious food.

It was very good but it's just good now maybe it's because not enough staff. I went there twice around 11:15 am but nobody was there so I.hsve to go there at night again. We ordered takeaway by phone but they didn't cook the food I ordered and the food was not as good as before.

On the spur of the moment we decided to grab a curry from our local instead of going into town. It would be fair to say it was the BEST curry we have had for a very long time!! Hubby had a prawn dish and I had veges 11/10

Our takeaway curry etc was ready just when they said, good value and the mixed platter to start was fabulous, loads of chicken and beautiful lamb chops. The Lamb posht was mild but very tasty and the lamb was extremely tender. We will come again. Excellent!

Highly recommend! The food was delicious, good portions and really fresh ingredients. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally accommodating for celiacs. Will be back

We had only just arrived in town for our first day and holiday in NZ and were totally exhausted. Our host recommended Chili Flakes for dinner and we had ordered delivery just closing. No hesitation in taking our order. Then my card wouldn’t work!!!!! Hadn’t had time to grab NZ dollars so what to do???? The lovely driver trusted me to pop in and pay in the Morning. Oh you betcha!!!! Such trust deserves the reciprocal action.
Oh and the food is bloody amazing 😀😀😀
