These aren't your typical doughnuts that are quantity made with a bit of icing spat on top ... Someone really has spent time perfecting the recipies, cooking each one PERFECTLY, icing each individual one to perfection. Some real passion and love have been put into these treats, it shows!! My first time today, I tried the peanut butter and cookies and cream, a lovely lady served me today that genuinely smiled and meant it when she said have a nice day! 😊 Fantastic service. Always soooo good. Never tasted such delicious and fresh donuts. I travelled to Europe, to Australia, and through New Zealand and THESE are THE best. And the ladies there are always so nice and friendly ! Now I live in Wellington but everytime I come home in Chch I go there and get my donut fix. Can only recommend this boutique ❤

Bought 4 flavors of petite fours, 40 in total for an office birthday. We went with Apple Crumble, Boston bun, Lemon and the Caramel. Really, really good especially delivered fresh within the 4 Aves. Not so light and spongy after spending the afternoon in the fridge. Would definitely recommend them and will be back, thank you

So you're out with your mate Gareth (GAZZA). He's a real bloke - the kind that likes to eat steak and watch the rugby and fart in the car. You're having a nice little coffee date with Gazza because THAT'S WHAT BLOKES DO IN 2018 and Gazza says "mate, look, I did bloody good in the footy yesterday running right through those four huge guys and taking the winning try". Bloody hell, you can't believe you nearly forgot about that. What an absolute ledge. So you put down your soy flat white and you say, Gazza, mate, finish your capp-u-chini and we'll go out to celebrate. But where do you take Gazza, the one and only, your best mate, THE LEGEND, to celebrate? Not to the pub, because it's only 11am and you hate the hand driers they have in there. Why can't everyone just get those Dyson ones? You think and you think, until you remember that REAL BLOKES like to celebrate with DONUTS. Where can you get a proper donut though? This is Christchurch, after all. Then it hits you. THE DONUT BOUTIQUE. It's that cute little shop down the Edgware side of Barbados Street. They make the best donuts in town - probably the best in NZ. So you walk with Gazza over to TDB and you pick out 6 donuts. EACH. Because they're all delicious and you can't wait until next week to try them all. Gazza gives your bum a little slap -it's a bloke thing, you wouldn't understand- and says "mate, you're a legend".
