the food tastes really good, especially the fried bread, and it's very good value for money. most of the workers are nice. however, i wish the opening hours were different. so many students go here after school and uni, so i find it odd that they shut very early (4:30).

So damn good. BBQ pork and fried rice is my go to here. Like going to a Singapore hawker centre in Christchurch and that's a hell of a good thing.

Recently returned from living overseas, thanks to a Stuff article I found that Dumplings in Riccarton is THE original Dumplings from Shades Arcade that at least half of us Telecom workers in Hereford St used to visit :D So delighted to recognise the same family running a Christchurch icon. The rice and gravy was just as tasty as I remembered, lemon chicken light and crispy with the BEST flavoured sauce, and BBQ pork delicious with no fatty bits. Generous helpings for a reasonable price, and welcoming friendly service. Nom nom!
