We order usually every week and get the same things, for a while we’d call early and the phones weren’t on, or we’d call and they would just pick up the phone but not say anything and set the it on the counter and never come back. The pizza and wings are really good when it’s consistent. We live close but delivery would be amazing! (Hint hint)

I bought 5 meals the portions were small they forgot to make a meal. The cashier i had was very nice and knew what she was doing( as for the rest of the staff i have questions) the food was below average at best. That experience may sour me from making trips to there again.

An hour for a raw, lop-sided, unequally disbursed mushroom pizza. What a disappointment! Happens almost every time. Finally put the lid on this place.

Usually good pizza orders are usually correct .went last night they forgot to make my pizza and when reminded treated like it was in oven and then it wasn't what I ordered might be awhile before I do that again

The Customer Service was great. The pizza, was of course wicked good, and the wings were even better. I will absolutely spend money here again. Make sure you ask about the specials.

Chicken Riggies and baked penne to eat there. They gave us the electronic to tell them where we were sitting. We sat for over 25 minutes before they came to us with a takeout. Very SMALL amount of pasta, half filled tin, and cold. The manager said "thanks for being patient" and left.
We took the cold food home to heat it up and eat.

Luckily the pizza is half decent.. but I swear iv never had worse service in my life. Every time. They tell me 25 min. It's an hour. And at the counter they straight ignore you. Or ask you a question and then Walk away for 5 mins. They need to learn how important costumer service is. SMH Everytime.

I love this pizza. This is top over my fav. And that's papa John's and I don't pick no pizza over them. But. I wicked is wickedly good. I can eat the crust which never happens. The flavor is so good. My first time eating this pizza and I done fell in love. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars us cause there's not one in the Syracuse NY area. You guys rock..
