They were great last night. I was on my motorcycle and got caught in the rain.. stopped to wait the storm out and the staff saw me come in and held the door so I could get out of the rain faster brought toweling to dry off with..very nice crew

If you are going to park a vehicle for items that aren’t cooked, please ensure that the sandwiches/fries that are available don’t get cold while you make nuggets. I was parked for over 5 minutes the other day and was given soggy fries and a luke-warm burger due to your crew workers negligence. I expect my entire meal to be fresh and ready, and if it isn’t ready when I reach the 2nd window, make sure everything is hot when you hand it off to me, not 1/3 of my items.

What I like about McDonalds is that they are quick….most of the time. I ordered the Number 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin meal with a coffee. It’s a hit or miss when I get good service here. I understand the goal is to get times down but the customer service gets lost. Ending the conversation “is that it?” “Is that it” with a rude tone doesn’t want me to come back but ending something in a upbeat attitude “will that complete your order” keeps me coming back.

Whoever the woman manager is at Chisholm McDonald’s is rude and unprofessional. She blamed my son for locking a bathroom door and had me have him unlock it for her. Then I heard her talking to the employees about it after I had asked to talked to her. All I wanted was an apology and when she finally did apologize I didn’t feel it was sincere and she walked away rudely. So disrespectful. I have never had such a bad experience at any place in my life.

There's always a long line at the drive thru and there's no in-restaraunt service so we rarely go to McDonald's. Tonight we stopped to get a Happy Meal for our 4 year old granddaughter. We prepared for a long wait. Except for one vehicle that must have been picking up food for the city, the wait was a lot less than we expected. The service was good with polite young employees who wished us a good evening. We were pleased with our experience.

Our drive thru in GR is a long wait and orders are screwed up all the time. It is a different time in our lives but it's we who must all adapt and give our service workers extra patience and thanks. So there is that as well

Our food was a gross sloppy mess. One burger had the receipt wrapped around the burger in the wrapper. Absolutely no standards at this Mcds.
