Called to place a pickup order 6/30/22 and after 7 rings for someone to pick up the girl that answered said "who's this?" I told her I was calling to place an order to which she replied " there's a line of people ahead of you here so your going to have to wait to place an order" In the time it took her to say that she could've took my order and been done, but oh well I'll take my business elsewhere.

The restaurant is always clean and bright the service is professional and friendly the prices are reasonable and the whole experience is very positive.. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for for clean, friendly barbecue meal with professional staff and service.

Don't be fooled by the strip mall location this place is great. The service was good and the food was up to Dickey's standards.

The food was amazing.
Customer service was a little low. Covid and maybe new staff are to blame.
Order ahead give them an extra 10 to 15 min.
The beef brisket and turkey meals were great. Fried okra and cream Spinach was amazing.
You may want to get desert someplace else.
I will 100% go here again. I hope to give 5 stars on my next visit.

Love the food, people are nice. Fast service, nice indoor atmosphere. But out of sweet tea, only got half,and they would not make some more! Disappointed! I really wanted a refill of the sweet tea! Brushed me off about making some more...☹️ Anyways I have tried the waffle fries w spicy BBQ sauce is yummy if you like spicy BBQ sauce. I tried brisket chopped sandwich, with regular BBQ sauce so yummy. The Mac n cheese is very cheesy and taste good! Don't forget the corn bread! Place is worth it!

From Indiana with Love in our stomachs. Everything was delicious and Perfect. We pretty much tried everything on the left side of the menu 😂. It was Awesome!!!!
Staff was friendly and patient with us since never seen nor tried their Menu.
Looking forward to more Dickie's in the future.

We got the sliced brisket, kielbasa, brisket mac, mashed potatoes, baked beans and corn bread muffins with a side of the Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce that also came with regular bread rolls and soft sweet butter through delivery, which arrived pretty quickly considering the amount we got.
The food was fairly high quality and tasted amazing. If you are curious about the Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce it tastes like A1 sauce mixed with a medium quality BBQ sauce but you get a lot of it. What we got fed 4 people twice and we didn’t even use half the container of sauce. The corn bread muffins were small but tasty and reminded me of the muffins with streusel crumbles on top. Definitely worth the $60 we paid after delivery fee and tip through the service we went through. We will definitely be ordering from here again!
