I had a lovely time at Owen's Bistro! The food was pretty delightful and the ambiance of the restaurant was quite nice! I do, however, have to say their service is okay. π Which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
For food we ordered:
Appetizer: Ratatouille on sourdough π
Entree: The Pumpkin Pork Potpie! π π«
Entree: Ribeye Steak w/ button mushrooms & truffle butter π₯©ππ§
Wine: 2017 Stags' Leap Cabernet
I ordered a bottle of wine and wasn't given proper wine service. The server just came over, opened the bottle, poured the wine and left. Didn't present the bottle or give the 1oz pour to taste before pouring the rest of the wine. Didnt really give us the time of day... I know it's details but the details matter.
I saw them do proper wine service & take their time to make conversation at another table, (Which happened to be Caucasian), so I know, they know how. It is definitely more of a Caucasian clientele establishment, take that as you will. π
I still had a lovely time and the food was good! I definitely won't be back but it's worth giving them a try for a nice date night.
Wonderful cute little family owned bistro. Small, but provides a more personal feel to your dining experience. We had the lamb, steak, and other sides. They were all delicious, we will come back. Thank you!
Owens bistro has very good food but is a bit overpriced for the quality. The owner and staff are very friendly and the ambiance on the outdoor dining area is beautiful. Our favorite part of the meal was the appetizers.
After seeing Owen's Bistro pop up as a recommendation for a steak, decided to try it out for date night. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. Will definitely return.
Always a delicious meal! The service is top notch, ambience is really nice and the menu changes always keep it interesting with new things to try. A hidden little gem in Chino!
First and foremost I want to point out that the only way to get into the restaurant is through reservations only. Therefore you have to keep in mind that this is a restaurant that you would not go to for normal occasions. Is is definitely catered towards more special events and therefore the food is more upscale. Regardless, I believe that the quality of the food was utterly fantastic. However I'm going to give the restaurant a rating of 4 stars because I believe that the pricing was slightly higher than it should be. Fantastic overall though.

Fabulous dining, in a very intimate atmosphere. Each dish is beyond excellent. The staff is so attentive and on point. We LOVE this place and always return here as they treat us like family. Denise is sooo welcoming, and Chef James is a master!

Buffalo chicken dish was good. The cheesy rice concoction was good too, gave a warm fuzzy comfort food feeling. You have to make your reservations online and also order your meal online just a heads up.
