We came here even tho it was rated only 3.8 at that time. Two of us shared the Taiwanese spicy hot pot and it was super good. I need to warn those who cant enjoy spicy tho coz its very very spicy. We ordered some more green, they re not very fresh, but there is no 4.5 stars so I would just leave 5 🌟 😅 The fermented stinky tofu is good too 🙂

I've been to this Boiling Point several times over the years (since 2017?) and I've never had an issue with service. No idea what others are talking about.
That being said, unless you're there right when it opens or during irregular times, you'll probably be in a long wait (~1 hr).
Food is always good though and portions are generally decent.

Be Prepared For A Long Wait..!!
But If You Like Good HOT SOUP, Then It’s Worth The Wait.
We Both Like Beef, Which Was #4 On The Menu. It Was Very Flavorful and I Highly Recommend It.
I Also Will Recommend Their Honey Black Tea.
However, Todays Service Was A Bit Slow.

My sister has been trying to get me to go to this place. So happy we went. Great service and great good. Love having a personal hot pot rather than a community style hot pot.

Food is great, only issue this location has right now is that the service is a little slow, it was a first experience for some of my friends so we waited a little to choose before we ordered and it took awhile for them to finally take the order. Other than that the food is amazing and we all enjoyed it.

First time visit, I wasn't impressed. Ordered the House Special Pot, the bowl was small and shallow, didn't hold much stuffs, also, requires frequent adding the broth. I also ordered a side order of beef shank, I was hungry in a short 3 hours afterwards. The ice water cup was tiny and no ice in it. The music was overly loud for this small restaurant. Consider how little you get, the perceive value is low.

Good food and good service. We had the Japanese miso, Korean bean paste, and the Taiwanese spicy with rice. The pomelo jelly drink was fun too.

Pretty crowded during peak hours. Can use more seating if possible. OK hotpot. Standard Taiwan style hotpot. Pretty much the same experience as we had at Seattle. This place is close to a milk tea shop 鲜芋仙 so that is a plus.
