Wait times while in the drive-thru have significantly decreased, even during peak meal times, now that they have hired more staff. Orders have increased in accuracy and freshness with the additional hirings. Quality is about what you expect for McDonald's. I have not eaten inside yet since the pandemic started so I cannot speak as to cleanliness and such at this time.

Messed up orders multiple times on different occasions. Lately the food isn’t cooked all the way and makes my family sick. Order taker at first window was really rude and smelled terrible.

We had dine in and it seemed to be that they were treating me as an after thought to the drive thru customers. I had handicap parking but not enough. No handicapped entrance difficult to even find the entrance after you parked in handicap spot. Very inconvenient

The hours keep changing. I got there for lunch as a truck driver and was told I would have to use the drive thru. The restaurant is attached to a truck stop yet we can't eat there after 130pm.

Sorry to say I was seriously disappointed with this locations' service and food quality. A totally child run restaurant with totally messed up experience 😕.

Food tastes worse each time I go back. Was also surprised that McDonald's was adorning Disney. Never going back n pass it on to others.
