Hardee's

The Health Department needs to shut this place down. Once that is done, Hardee’s needs to take away this franchise from its owner. The grounds are full of trash and definitely not maintained. When arriving in the restaurant, you are greeted with the smell of greasy trash. Ceiling tiles are broken, the floors are sticky, and the service is terrible. Avoid this place a d take your business elsewhere.

Had the mushroom and swiss burger and some poppers. Burger was amazing. We don't have Hardee's anywhere near us so I was excited. I don't like mushrooms but love the mushroom Swiss burger. Go figure. The poppers were good but way too spicy. I get poppers all the time but these were extreme. Otherwise it was very good

I've traveled a lot and this place was very poorly managed. Bathrooms were dirty and they were out of nearly everything. No soda and the only thing they had left were burgers. Lobby was full of people waiting. Everyone obviously upset because they were also very slow with the prep as well. When people were upset a snide remark was given of this is everywhere. But, you go down the street and other restaurants have figured it out. I also travel a lot. Running out of a few items happens but this Hardee's was out of basically their entire menus. This place is a management issue from not cleaning and not regularly checking inventory.

I hate to give any place a poor rating. Don't get me wrong, I love Hardee's food. The Frisco and Mushroom & Swiss are my two favorites. But this place... Not sure how they are still open. I waited in the drive thru what felt like 10 minutes and noone answered. I figure they were closed but as I was driving away I saw people inside. Because I wanted a Mushroom & Swiss so bad I went in. The two workers were sitting at the tables chatting (explains why noone answered the drive thru. Anyhow, the inside was filthy and smelled like 20 year old mop water. The associate seemed upset I decided to come in and huffed when I asked him if he was working and could take my order. Drive the 10 minutes north and go-to the one on South High in Columbus.
