When I went there today the associate working drive through had a poor attitude and was being very snide sounding, refusing to honor THEIR coupon which states "buy ANY menu item get one FREE." The only restrictions on said coupon was it had to be equal or lesser value,. I feel like this is false advertisement, needless to say after the employees attitude and the store refusal to honor THEIR own coupon we felt it put a big damper on our celebration meal that we were trying to have. 😠😡

All of these employees deserve a raise, 100%! This is probably one of the best tacobell experiences I've had. Employee was clear and easy to understand in the drive through, very fast and professional, got everything right, and the portions look amazing! Normally things are just thrown together (understandably, I've worked fastfood), but the power menu bowl I received was glorious. I can tell whoever made it cares about doing good work and that is rare and admirable! Keep up the good work

The food is usually good but I ordered chicken on everything and only one item was actually chicken. I repeated it several times and told them beef made me sick and they still did it. Taco bell is one of the few places that has decent chicken. I am very disappointed... Sadly this is not the first time this has happened.
