If it weren't for the insanely long wait times on avg 20-25+ minutes in the drive through it wouldn't be so bad. I don't know if the employees know that customers can see them from the drive through but I've seen them om many occasions just sitting in a Group talking or just outright not doing anything.

I love the power bowls but recently it seems like the amount of food is way less than before. Also the rice has been not cooked all the way thru. Not happy with them recently usually they're good though

Nice and clean place. Typical taco bell with nice folks working there. We were missing a few items from our order but when asked, they provided us.

My beef burrito Supreme was Supremely small, there was more sauces than food. All the food was cold, my wife's casadilla might as well have been a cold cut. Communication was ridiculous.

I work a gig based delivery platform here in Chillicothe, and this Bridge St., Taco Bell needs desperate help they need a good manager their employees seem to be capable, but they’re always shorthanded they’re always out of product equipment is sometimes broken down all things that a good manager would be taking care of. If I could give them a half a star I would.

Disgusting!! I ordered a 5 layer burrito and the picture shows what we got! Also, a cheesy Gordita crunch had no cheese, tacos had extra tomatoes instead of NO tomatoes! If you get food from here CHECK IT before you leave!

One stars because my order was messed up. I ordered a number 6 no sour cream add nacho cheese. With a soft shell and a Baja blast with an addition spicy potato taco. I received a hard shell taco and sour cream with nacho cheese on my chicken chalupa.

Just went through the drive thru to get my food for it and they didn’t even bother to close the wrappers so I got taco lettuce and cheese in the bottom of the bag…if your hungry pick anywhere else unless you like your food dumped on the bottom of the bag
