Tim Hortons

Kind of a hit or miss sort of place. They are friendly for the most part, but this morning made me have to write a review. Not only was my bag containing my food TOSSED to the employee at the window, but she dropped it on the floor, picked it up, and handed it to me. Ok, not a big deal. It's in a bag, I'm not going to be "that guy." But when I get to work and open my sandwich, instead of it being an everything bagel like I asked for, it was a plain bagel. So, my food got tossed AND it wasn't even the right item....at least it still tasted good. The iced coffee was very good, so three stars on account of mishandling my food and giving me the wrong item. Attention to detail goes a long way.....

They say they close at 8pm but they close before hand and it's always been 7pm. You should update the hours. And sorry but if you have people with no vehicle. You shouldn't let people walk through the drive thru with the possibility of a car hitting them. Covid is over. Open the doors and allow people to go in and order. Safety should be top priority.

Tim Horton's is so bad at orders that it's an inside joke in our family to see who won't get their order. We still go because its relatively cheap and we like a few things on the menu but if we don't have time to go back in a second time and get what was inevitably messed up or forgotten we just don't go. Oh and not this location but another one called me a theif because they mixed up our bagels-took a bite before I realized and when I went back they asked for it back. I told them I already took a bite and also you can't take things through a drive thru and she told me I'm not getting free food. Lol. They are like 2.50. Stop.

I'm from NC and I've never been to a Tim Hortons before . We were visiting Columbus for a Powerlifting event and our Air BnB was close by. Tim Hortons had lots of donuts to choose from. My choice was Boston Cream. I've never had a donut that was filled so well. There was cream in every bite. The frosting wasn't overdone and the shell was very soft. I wasn't a huge fan of the coffee, but the donuts were a sell for me. :)
