This location seems like it is hit or miss. There was one lady there who seemed to care and was doing most of the work. Everybody else seemed more interested in talking among themselves, and 2 of them were outside. I ordered popcorn chicken and some of the pieces were very hard. My dog enjoyed them though. I got the feeling it had been sitting in a warmer for a couple of hours. I have been to this location other times and not had these problems. Like I said, it seems to be hit or miss.

I ordered an 8 piece family meal, and was asked to pull around that the chicken had to cook but they would bring it out to me. I pulled around and waited for what would turn into 30+ minutes until I got out and went inside. They forgot about me and had to redo my entire order but gave my extra sides free for the wait. That $45 meal that took longer than the ride there and home after a 11 hour shift on my feet was hardly woth the $13 they gave me back for the stale sides. The chicken I waited for was given to someone else and the chicken I ended up with was super dry.
