Baskin-robbins

We are very familiar with this location and often leave unimpressed by the flavor options as they rarely change. 31 flavors may be motto but they seem to use the same 6-8 flavors every week. The gentleman behind the counter said they would put Baseball Nut on the order list and after returning in a few days, sadly it was not ordered. Lucky for them, they are the only ice cream game in town.

2:30 in the afternoon no one in baskin but me tables trashed food all over them. They made my shake without the simple syrup again. Different manager same result. I’ve already called corporate before and they informed me that all stores are required to use the simple syrup. Without it the shakes are trash. It’s supposed to be uniform through out the chain. I’ve also spoken to the district manager before as well and he was very nice. So I will be calling corporate again

I have been a shopper of this establishment for about 2 years ... and I received the best service I'd ever had there. His name is Justin. He has awesome customer service skill's !!!! Normally when I go there . They don't have product or they pull me up and make me wait for 15 mins. ( when I'm the only car ) Justin however did not . ! And even the icecream was better. Way to go Justin !!!!!!

Wait time was 1hour. My husband got out of the car to find out why it was taking so long. They had NO HOT FUDGE AND VARY LITTLE VARIETY OF FLAVORS. Once the woman began to make our hot fudge sundays it was a long wait even after the wait for someone to take my order. She actually put lumps of cold " hot fudge mixture" ,no whipped cream , no nuts same full price !

As a former owner n manager the employee wasted about $20 total of extra hot fudge n wrong scoops of ice cream should have used the smaller scooper. Couple dollars extra of ice cream when diary is very expensive. Than 20 years ago of what we got is $5.50 less. My stomach hurt of all that ice cream and way too much fudge that was used I be irate if my employees wasted that much hot fudge omg. 4 ladies full of hot fudge.

We tried this place twice. The first time we couldn't get waited on in the drive through so we left. The second time, the guys were busy laughing it up. We asked for a soft serve vanilla and chocolate cone. They said they didn't have chocolate so we asked if they had the hard chocolate. They couldn't understand that for quite a while and kept calling my husband "bud." Finally, they got that we wanted the hard chocolate and drove ahead to the window. Got there and they handed us dishes of ice cream. My husband took his but by this time with the disrespect and the not listening to us, I was livid so told them this was not what we ordered and wanted the cone. DON'T EVER GO BACK TO THIS BUSINESS! They hire incompetents with no customer service knowledge.
