Paradise Pizza

Terrible, just plain terrible. Used to order from them as my go-to, then they just stopped following through on, DELIVERING. The last handful of time I ordered, they would cancel my order and cite things such as "no delivery driver" or "menu item not available" or even "technical difficulties." I would say avoid if want a reliable pizza joint.

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt, but I have to say it's just disappointing. All of the white pizzas have ricotta on them even if it's not listed on the menu. If you're like me, that's a deal breaker. I've only had pizzas from here and until today they'd always been mediocre, but I am completely underwhelmed.

This place use to have the best pizza around! But from the time of the merger. It has gone down hill. Yesterday I ordered a 3 topping party pizza!! You had to hunt for the topping . You get more toppings on $5.00 pizzas from another store !!!! Unless they go back to making great pizza I will not be buying from anymore

I ordered from Paradise Pizza using their coupon A7 small 1 topping pizza with 10 piece wings and requested delivery. The first delivery man went to the wrong address, I was told by delivery man he was 10 minutes out, I can tell that the person that delivered the food was not the same delivery guy that called me initially with wrong address cause he has a distinctive accent. by the time our food was delivered by another delivery man it was 20 minutes after. When i open the order up I noticed there was only 8 wings in the order. Not very satisfied with the service, I could of called to complain but I know they weren’t going to fix the order at that point. I do not recommend ordering from them as this is the second time they get my address wrong and order wrong!!

OMG sooo good! Hot fresh super yummy. Great customer service an communicated that they'd be late (valid reason) the jalapeno poppers were perfect. Steak bomb was the bomb lol we also got a chicken stir fry grinder...theses grinders are massive! I appreciated the care in wrapping the food so the cheese was not stick all over the wrap. We also got a fish fry which had 3 big fillets.very tender an flavorful with lots if fries. Even the side salad impressed me an I usually chuck that at other places. A++++we will order here again next time. They even have MILKSHAKES! AND it was free delivery! Wish I could link my photos to this but I couldn't post them for some reason

We used to be faithful customers to this place up until it moved to Exchanged St the staff is unbelievably rude every time and the past time we ordered they messed up our order so we called they said we are closing now and would give us a free meal next time, called for our free meal and the owner got on the phone and disputed the fact and on top of it he was so rude and disrespectful. Their menu just went in the trash people like him and his staff don't deserve our money especially during times like this! F*** you Paradise!

The pizza was so bad that I literally had to order another pizza from Brother’s Pizza. The salad had the wrong dressing. The garlic bread was wet and soggy. Not entirely sure how you can even get bread wet. They refused to give us a refund and said they’d drive us a new salad instead....after asking if we’d compromise on a $5 off Grub-Hub coupon.
