Taco Bell

Okay, today was my first time going to this Taco Bell and boy was I dissatisfied. My cousin and I ordered a super simple snack with low expectations, I mean common, it’s Taco Bell they’re not gunna be perfect. But! I ordered a bean burrito with extra cheese and the only cheese that was on that burrito was in the very last bite very heartbreaking. Ordered a beefy five layer burrito with no sour cream thankfully didn’t get any sour cream but there was not even one scoop of stuff, legit mostly tortilla. Ordered a bag of cinnamon twists only twists no cinnamon, these are my favorite snack! I’m having a hard time right now and this broke my heart. But thankfully, I ordered nacho fries, they were seasoned and hot thank you very much for that I was very satisfied with the fries, but everything else completely ruined the experience. Never spending a single cent at any Taco Bell ever again. Not until these workers start WORKING! And just to add on my cousin left a $20 tip in cash because he was feeling nice. I feel betrayed.

I always check my order here. Can't remember when I last got a correctly filled order. This time was missing the chips for the nachos, spoons for the potatoes and the soft taco was about a third full. They did supply the missing items and remake the taco quickly. So as long as you take the time to check, they'll fix it. Super friendly staff.

Food is ok. Staff very unorganized and unprofessional. Have not gotten a correct order in the last 3 visits. Workers are visibly frustrated when you question your order even with a receipt. Staff arguing and physically hanging from the menu supports. Staff doesn't seem to know what to do. Other customers have left without their order due to order issues while we were there. Really like Taco bell but, this one needs some help.

Whe I first walked in there was a line at the counter, which no one was working. Staff would walk past customers without acknowledging anyone, let alone taking an order. I waited 45 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready. They forgot my drinks, then made me wait another 10 minutes to get them. I asked for a receipt so I could file a complaint and staff laughed and said one wasn't available. There were also multiple people before me experiencing the same unacceptable service. This location needs to be reviewed and retrained immediately.

This is the first review I've written! Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! The customer service there is horrible. I waited 30 minutes for my order. Customers that came in after me received their orders before I did. The lady that took my order before she went on break received her food before I did. When I opened the box to the mexican pizza I could see it had been thrown together and fell apart when I tried to eat it.

Worst Taco bell In chico CA. Terrible service and Terrible food you must always check your order because something is always forgotten and they never put your order together correctly it always seems to be just thrown in the bag. Lacking effort and motivation you must keep your customers happy in order to stay in business.
