I didn’t really get a great picture of this beautiful cake and other pastries that I got from this amazing amazing bakery. I ordered a tres Leches cake for my wife’s 40th birthday, and it was the best tres leches cake I’ve EVER HAD! I’m from the Bay Area so I had no idea where to find a bakery and I went to a few different places and MIms bakery was beyond a vibe. She definitely delivers, she’s professional and makes you feel like family, the young ladies she has working for her a great. Mim’s will be my go to bakery for all of my needs. I’m absolutely obsessed. Her bakery is the cutest thing especially with her handmade doll houses and all of the tiny beautiful pieces that I believe her sister made for her. Such a beautiful woman. She is an incredible baker and I would recommend her to anyone I know. Sorry the picture isn’t the greatest but it’s all I have of her amazing cake and some other things from her (the cookies with the cream are from Trader Joe’s)

I ordered the chocolate decadence cake a week in advance through the website. The day before I was supposed to pick up the cake, I called to confirm (the only confirmation that I had received was an automated email immediately after placing my order). Good thing I had checked, because they didn't have my order! They were able to still have it ready to pick up on time and it tasted AMAZING!

Rather than have a traditional wedding cake, my wife and I decided to have an assortment of pastries consisting of cheesecake bites, tart-lets, and cupcakes. Mim's Bakery and her staff were very helpful during the entire process, breaking down the prices and willing to make changes up until a week before the big day.
By the end of the event, there wasn't a single bite left on the cake table. The small pastries were delicious, and their presentation was as good as their taste.

I've ordered a few cakes(& had truffles too) from Mim's over the years on the phone and online & never had a problem. They respond quickly, confirm order and let me know if anything else I need to let them know. Cakes always turned out beautifully and were loved by all. The young ladies who work there and Melissa have always been pleasant. The truffles are yummy and dangerous. The cakes always delicious, moist and full of flavor! The location was a bit tricky at first but I have it down now :) Will use Mim's again for sure! Picture of last 2 below

Highly recommend, amazing service. I did not have time in my day to walk in to order. Over the phone Mim’s was able to order the cake for my daughters special 18th b-day. I was reassured I would be happy... and I am!!!
