Ricardo's Mexican Cocina

I have no clue why anyone could leave a bad review about this place. We have visited many if not all other Mexican restuants in town and this place is hands down the best in quality, taste ,and service. Food is very fresh and you can taste the difference. Service is fast and friendly . Also is reasonably priced. Last time i was there I was so stuffed I could barely move ! Won't be going anywhere else if I can help it

This will be the first and last time me and my wife order from here. We wanted to try it because we heard it was amazing and at first it was. Then about 3/4 of the way through my burrito I found a pretty big bone. Luckily I tasted it before I swallowed because it would've easily gotten lodged in my throat and I would've needed to go to the ER. So I figured oh well I have bones in tuna sometimes I'll forgive it and kept eating; my mistake. I literally found FOUR more bones in the burrito. It got so bad I just threw the last half away. We told them about the problem and they didn't care. No response, no "sorry", nothing. It's kind of sad too because their food is actually pretty good but not good enough to visit the ER or risk dying for. Update: They said they'd reach out to try and make up for our meal and never did. My wife confirmed she let them know of the problem and they ignored her. Definitely never going back.
