The BEST Taco Bell around! My order was accurate, the food was great, and the woman working the drive through today was so professional and friendly. I had a fantastic experience here and a divine Mexican pizza. Thank you Taco Bell for bringing it back and thank you Taco Bell of Chickasha for doing an excellent job!!

To be fair to management, they were extremely short staffed. Went inside to eat and the drive through was tended to but the front counter was neglected beyond taking orders. 45 min later, I leave without my food. The lobby should have been closed if they are only going to tend to the drive through. I did not get refund and had to get back to work so left completely handed.

The Chickasha taco bell employees are the best, they're always super nice. The manager lady was looking out for me and my friends one night when a sketchy car was following us and one of the guys at the window closed my gas tank for me when he noticed it was open. When chalupas weren't available they gave me cinnabons. Not all heroes wear capes 🦸

Everytime I visit this Taco Bell my order is always messed up. I’m usually surprised if I get my food and is hot. The tortillas are always old and hard. Crunchwraps and quesadillas are burnt. They have left out items of my order almost everytime. This last time we went all the food tasted old and reheated, I will not visit this location again.

Food was very cold, hardly any meat in the tacos and my chaluppa shell was tough. It is was also like they had pre-made the food. The Taco bell had good food a few weeks ago until they fired more than half their staff. Might be time for a new manager.

Employees are always friendly and willing to correct any issues but I have yet to get a order from this location that isn't messed up and missing at least 1 item. Always out of things too like tortillas.??

Literally the best customer service Ive ever experienced!!!!friendliest staff ever. Seriously, everyone there needs a huge rage. Ive never so enjoyed interaction with food service before

I rated this a three star because I personally do not like Taco Bell but my kids love this place. We always go through the drive-thru so I'm not really sure what the inside is like. But the drive-thru staff is super friendly and though sometimes they forget to make the tacos without lettuce like I asked for, they always hand them out with a smile on their face. My kids love it so I guess I kind of love it too. Whatever makes them happy makes me happy.
