It’s always something going wrong at this location. I will not be going to this location ever again. The one down the street is wayyyyy better, l never had any issues.

This place is located "boys town" and is adorable! They had flags and decorations up for pride month, which I thought was awesome that the company would allow stores to support the LGBTQ. Another reason I totally live Starbucks in general. All the staff were adorable and super friendly. The town setting itself is so quaint. I absolutely recommend stopping by. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. 💜💛💙💚

So the sign says only 2 customers at once. So i waited as there were 2 guests inside. The workers clearly seen me waiting. One worker comes and tells a woman who came after me to come inside and order. So nows theres 3 people inside and i got skipped. The kicker i waited all that time just to see my order was sitting there ready the whole time. Get it together!

I know what good customer service is and this isn’t it. It took several minutes for me to be greeted and when I asked how to pay using the app, one of the girls was quite unhelpful and rude about it. I will not return.
