This lovely Starbucks has a roomy interior and is in a great location on iconic LaSalle St. I set one of my MoronicArts stories here. :) Very polite staff and coffee was delicious as always.

Extremely rude staff. Kicked me out of the shop after I “took too long” to order. It was 5 minutes before I could decide on something. There are plenty of other Starbucks in the area I would recommend over this place.

Nice staff, spotless and stylish interior. The patio lined with flower boxes is pleasant to sit and people-watch. I usually order ahead with the mobile app, and every drink has been perfect.

I waited almost 15 minutes for a grande latte and I was the only person in there. The problem wasnt really that I had to wait, its more of fact that I was only one in there. I went in at 6:30am on a Thursday... Nobody said hey it will be a few more minutes, just had me standing there like it was a shop full of people. They are lucky starbucks has the best coffee and this location is fairly convenient or I would NEVER go here again!

Remodeled and reopened! This is a very cool Starbucks with a sleek new look. The interior is unlike other Starbucks out there. They take your order at the pastry section, then you move to the middle to pay and then pick up your drink at the end. The decor and furniture are a more modern and light colored wood material. It's very spacious and more hipster. The script neon sign is a nice touch. And one of my favorite workers from another Starbucks now works here. Say hi to Ms. Jacki!

Um. How can you go here and not fall in love with the staff? Ms. Jacki and Ms. Chanel are just so sweet, it gives me cavities faster than my venti caramel ribbon crunch frappe. *highly recommend you sub milk for heavy cream, add extra whip and caramel* luxurious and decadent AF.

They need a little humanity. I understand that Covid is real and happening but when someone comes in, in tears BEGGING to use your RESTROOM. Have some sense and decency absolutely abismol. What kind of customer service is that?? Especially when they acknowledge there is NO WHERE else to use the bathroom. They should feel ashamed. Glad this place was targeted.

A beautiful new recently renovated space. They have a nice seating area to linger with your coffee. Also, unique for this location, there is an ordering counter and a separate paying counter. Order first by the delicious food display and then step to your left to pay. I found this reduces the time you wait for beverages and food. Friendly staff that take the time to get to know regulars (like me!) who work in the area and visit often.
