Ordered chicken enchiladas suizas. The counter person deliberately packaged the food so that the food spilled all over the bag before my elderly father left the shop. The phone was deliberately off the hook so I couldn’t preorder. No tomato with the pretend salad. The beans were everywhere. I have ordered from there for years. The cook is good. But I will not return. I have eaten all over the world and never received such a disgusting presentation of food. The counter person took Advantage of an elderly person.

Carne asada and al pastor were a little bland for my liking. I appreciated the variety of onions in the taco (wasn't just chopped, there were some grilled onions in there as well) and the corn tortillas which seemed fresh. Relatively quick service.

Some of the dishes are great and some of them are average, but the service is not good at all. It's a caricature of the typical Chicago diner where the waitresses are rude, but this is all Mexican.
So it's the same thing, but a different flavor. When you get read the riot act by them, it's too fast to understand so it doesn't hurt as much.
Whatever you do, do not try to order a la carte. They can't do the math.

I love this place. The food is always good and the staff are simply lovely. Special notice for the Tortas Cubana which is a monsterous beast containing all the meats. Another treat is the poster of US presidents...it seems to have stopped at Obama!
