Coluta's Pizza On Diversey

I placed an order and the man who picked up snapped and me twice and then hung up before I could give him my card info. I called back and told him he hung up too soon and he yells at me. So I give him the card info and the food arrives 20 minutes later. The card apparently didnt go through so the driver calls and puts in on speaker phone. The same man picked up he starts snapping at his driver about coming back and hangs up. Our order was missing items so I call him back. I ask to talk to the owner or a manager and the same man tells me he is the owner. He starts raising his voice when I ask if there is anyone else I can talk to. I tried telling him that I was missing items and he starts yelling at me for calling him. Every time i tried telling him what was missing he would cut me off. It's a shame that he's the owner, I hope he was just having a bad day and doesnt always treat customers that way. I won't be waiting another cent on that place. I hope no one else gets treated that way. Hopefully he turns his act around.
