Literally asked for a cheeseburger. Rang me up and charged me for bacon, even after I stated no bacon. They didn’t offer to refund me....then I proceed to at least ensure the burger doesn’t come with bacon as I don’t eat bacon. Guess what I get? Bacon on the burger....super unprofessional.

I placed an order, I took two bites after arriving home and being settled, there was this long string of hair in my food. I was highly dissatisfied at this experience. I didn't eat anything all day, I was very hungry About an hour later I went to this same location to place another order. After I placed the order, I told them about the hair, no one apologized or showed any form of empathy. I won't be coming back. Here's proof! Good day.

Hydr Park location is always crowded but the service was efficient and attentive. the burgers were fresh and the fries were crispy. the establishment was clean but crowded.
