Taqueria Los Comales

Customer service needs to improve specially when the order accuracy isn't met by the restaurant. After ordering a big but easy order of 25 steak & 25pastor tacos. I received 45steak & 5 pastors. This was a take out order and was told I needed to make my family stop eating and bring back the tacos if I wanted to receive anything changed. After a long discussion I was only offered some chips for the mistake until I asked for a full refund then they decided to finally just replace 10pastor tacos.

Keep wishing for a better experience but absolutely horrible!!! They always forget multiple things every single time! You guys need to invest in hearing aids or something because it’s really horrible having to wait for the food and getting home to missing 4 tacos. Someone doesn’t get to eat so that ruins dinner. You officially lost a customer!

This taqueria is the real deal , Fast friendly service made you feel welcomed! The waitress was top notch , We asked about Suardero tacos, Did not know we were sitting right next to the owner of Los Comales, The owner had one of the workers bring a bowl and explained what suardero was , Taking great pride in the quality of Meats and explaining how flavorful this meat was! Felt very special for the owner going out of his way to do that! Tacos were amazing flavorful this is hands down a place to remind you of the taquerias of Mexico! This is a must go place to go to in the little village of Chicago! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered online steak torta from this location accidentally, I normally order from pilsen location. The sandwich was very dry. The meat was old and not as tasty. they use cheap cuts of beef. Was very disappointed with it. And they did not put a bag of pickled vegi as the rest do... I will never buy from this location again. I should have stuck with the one in pilsen.
