Skip this place unless you don’t care about being sanitary at all and about the employees hands in your drinks. Place is very disgusting.

it wasnt busy, and I ordered ahead.. They still gave me wrong order. I ordered machiato, not matcha! I got that was priced less from what I ordered!

Waited 20 minutes for 2 dozen donuts. Didn't even care about my wait. I asked if I could have my 2 dozen donuts after plenty of people who came after me received their orders. They didn't even respond or acknowledge me. They are running around, and I feel bad since I know what it's like to work fast food, but this was inexcusable and poor customer service. They need to spend more time on training this location and retaining quality workers.

Your experience at this location will vary. During the morning, its great. During the later afternoon, it seems like drinks orders are never right and its been a consistent issue. :(. Hopefully they figure that out.

One is cleaning her station. While me coffee is sitting there because the woman that was doing it stop to go talk to her boss about her schedule. Amazing job. That boss deserve a raise. The only one working is the young man taking the orders.

All I wanted after spending $10+ on food at 3:30 am was also an electric outlet. He said they don't work until 7am. But I was here about 3 weeks prior ad they worked at 4:30am.

Great location, they were fast and courteous. Clean tables and enough space to sit and enjoy a coffee.
