This is one of my favorite potbelly's. They're so efficient at the lunchtime rush that I don't have to spend my lunch break in line. And the people that work there are really nice. Their salads and sandwiches are fresh and delicious. This location gets really busy for lunch but line moves really quick. The service is great and the people are nice. Finish off your meal with their delicious cookies.

Decent if they aren't busy. Got bacon on my sandwich and it was so busy it must have been rushed through. Bacon wasn't cooked. Chicken was cold in the middle. Ratios were off on everything. Gross sandwich. Not coming back again. I used to like it here. Still hungry and upset now.

Awesome chicken salad & amazing pot pie soup, highly recommended, staff is wonderful & extremely friendly, very clean floors & tables, I am new to Potbelly & can't figure out why it took me so long to try it, I'm hooked now

Good sandwiches. Great service. Bathroom situation is a pain for customers but entertaining watching people trying to use without going to cashier for a key. Ridiculous but it’s Chicago so it’s their thing I guess.

Need to fire the ghetto lady with red hair who yells at people. Other than that, the food is good. I come here alot. Also, online orders are never ready on time. Better off standing in the long line.
