EDIT: A coworker found a FINGERNAIL in her meal!!! Changed my rating from 3 stars to 1, will absolutely not be going back to this location. Also, tell the short dude with glasses at the register to be nicer, he’s always rude. Great options and good value but you guys need to be more efficient. Every time I order Mac and Cheese, the employee yells the order out loud to whoever and when I finally get to the counter it's NEVER made. EVER. They always ask me what I got and they yell out the order again or the cashier goes and makes it himself. And half the time they mess up the toppings. This is such a simple solve but it's been going on for over a year now.

This is one of my favorite potbelly's. They're so efficient at the lunchtime rush that I don't have to spend my lunch break in line. And the people that work there are really nice. I always get the Mediterranean sandwich with no cheese, and it's consistent and delicious. Live music from 12 to 2 on some weekdays-- kind of fun with a local feel even though it's a chain. Oh and the chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are divine.
