Really nice open space. Found it odd that was only one server on a Saturday night especially when all tables were taken. Lot of TVs, great music and good vibe.

Wicker Park Tavern is by far the most welcoming bar I've ever been to. My boyfriend and I come to this spot every week. Whether its on a weekday or a weekend, our favorite bartenders Damen and Nick never disappoint.
The crowd is all over the place... sometimes its dead, other nights you can't find an empty seat. Regardless, we always leave with a positive experience and recommend this cozy bar to anyone we meet. Keep it up guys!

Had nachos. Pretty good except they used the fake cheese sauce instead of real cheese. Drink prices were good. It was really slow, so hard to gauge service. Bartender was friendly, introduced herself by name, and offered a refill when I was almost done. Kudos to Cathy.

Got a 5 dollar special which was vodka and cranberry. It was $5 but I gave the bartender $7. It tasted like 10% vodka and 90% cranberry. I thought maybe I was being harsh so I ordered a $7Jameson shot. It was like one quarter of a shot glass. When I put it in my mouth, it was like 25% of a shot. Was extremely disappointed. When I payed and asked for my card back, the bartender threw it at me (probably because I gave 0 tip for that shot.) Will never go here again. Worst rip off I've had at wicker park. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

The single best reason to come here is for the $1 burger special they offer everyday. Other than that, a good place to catch a game with other bars and eateries nearby. The only downside is the rowdy crowd on weekends. Lots of police!
